This beautiful farmhouse, with its paved courtyard and dovecote is ideally located in the heart of the main Aveyronnais sites.
Its recent restoration (2014) has retained the charm of the past, while offering comfort and modernity.

On the first floor you will find:
- Lounge / dining room 50 m2 + kitchen
- 1 Bedroom / Bathroom / WC

And second floor you will find:
- 1 bedroom (bed 160)
- 2 adjoining rooms (one with a 160 bed and the other 2 beds 90)
- 1 bathroom with WC

In the courtyard you can advantage of a garden with barbecue.
At the rear you will find a large lawn with swing and slide.
