House by the lake of Pareloup, "LES PIEDS DANS L'EAU", in a quiet cove with few neighbors, on a plot of 1000 m².

90 m² house with a maximum capacity of 8 people with a 30 m² terrace in front of the house facing the lake.

Description of the house:
- Ground floor :
o Large living room (living room, kitchen) with large table, sofa + sofa bed
o Shower room with shower
o Toilets
o Independent lean-to for outdoor furniture
- Floor:
o 3 bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed and storage furniture, and window with view of the lake.
o 1 attic room for children with two 90 cm beds with a chest of drawers.
o Toilets

House equipped with fridge, gas hob + oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, garden furniture, sun lounger, deckchairs, barbecue, extra fireplace

Pets not allowed.

House located 3 km from the lake reservoir, a nautical base and a supervised beach, 8 km from Salles-Curan (all shops) 30 km from Rodez and 45 km from Millau.

Lieu paradisiaque au bord de l'eau

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine au bord de l'eau en famille et avec des amis. Monsieur Negrie est toujours disponible au téléphone pour toutes questions. Une seule remarque, la présence des mouches.
