The pool was great, the outdoor tv was used way more than we expected watching movies in the pool was amazing. Large double sliding doors made the space feel very open. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect for our family.

Great vacation

Came for a baseball tournament traveling with a family of 5. The property is perfect for a family with wide ranging ages. Beds were very comfy, plenty of things there to help with beach trips. Backyard was definitely a highlight so much room outside and perfect entertaining area. Would book again if in the area.

Perfect vacation with friends

Property was great for the 6 of us. House was easy to find and clean. Cape Coral has a lot of restaurants to offer. Easy to get to Fort Myers Beach. Also close to downtown Fort Myers. We spent a lot of time on the patio at night by the pool and fire table. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful stay. Our first time ever in Florida and we decided to visit Cape Coral. We had looked at many other properties but the Chill Inn was always the one we came back too and finally booked it. A lovely welcome when we arrived at the house. Everything was prepared so nicely, we immediately felt at home. Great contact with Renee the whole time. The house provided all our needs and more. Great location and lovely property!

The house is very comfortable, beautifully designed and has every amenity needed. Check in/out was well-communicated and easy. The host was very attentive and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate around - plus the street has a traffic light on to the main thoroughfare (Del Prado) that makes getting in and out, a cinch. Anyone who drives around Cape Coral will truly appreciate this feature. I highly recommend this property. We had a great stay!

Lovely Oasis!!!

Our family of 5 loved our time at the Chill Inn!!! The home is a great layout and clean while nestled in a good neighborhood! We swam in the heated, saltwater pool every day and it was a blast! The huge TV in the living room is fun and the couches are amazing! We were in touch with the property managers as they needed to fix something we weren't even aware of after the last guests checked out and they made sure everything was perfect for us and only stopped by when it was convenient for us. We're already planning our next trip back to stay at this beautiful home!
