Newport Beach house

The house is beautiful, and the owner took special care to make it comfortable and well stocked. It was also immaculate!! Great communication and very hospitable. I would love to book it again!

We booked this house within a few days of travel due to the original request being unavailable - it was excellent. The host, Virginia, was awesome, very responsive leading up to check-in, accommodating, accoomodating and willing to assist with reservations, bike rentals, etc.The house was fully stocked with all bathroom necessities, laundry, kitchen, beach (over 10 new beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrellas, shades, etc.) One real gem with this house is the additional carport! While the garage is great for up to mid-size cars, we also had a Suburban, which we parked in the adjacent carport. It is a tight fit, but we never had to look for street parking, which is almost unheard of in Newport Beach.
