The house itself is really beautiful and had everything that we could’ve possibly needed. There were beach chairs, towels, games for the beach stored in the garage. Every floor had a balcony with great views and folding doors that let in the sea breeze. The location is within close walking distance to restaurants, the ferry, the fun zone and the pier. The beds were comfortable, washer dryer was awesome to have in the house, thick solid doors on every room to provide privacy and quiet. We plan on returning as soon as we can.

Perfect house and location for a family trip with kids

Overall the house was great. The fact that every room had its own bathroom and balcony was awesome. The downstairs patio was great for people watching and hanging out. Everyone walking by kept commenting on how beautiful the house was. The grassy field in front of the house was a great area to throw the football or play soccer. I’m very picky and we will definitely visit this house again. Thank you for an epic 4th of July beach trip!

Great set up for adults and their kids

We've been to this property many times and it's a great set up for families. The adults have plenty of gorgeous indoor and outdoor space to hang out and the kids have a great loft to kick back but still enjoy the beautiful view and weather.

Spectacular views from almost every room

The property was clean and gorgeous. Just as pictured. It had everything we needed and is in a great location. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great location / Would not book

The location of this property is terrific, and the home was well equipped. We enjoyed the grassy area right in front of the house, and the beach was conveniently close as well. The house is spacious, and everyone had enough space to relax and enjoy. Unfortunately, we did have some issues during our stay and needed the Property Manager to come out more than once. First, the TV in the living room is melted from a previous guest leaving the fireplace overnight. While this may not seem like a huge deal, it does impact the viewing on the TV itself. With the amount of cost paid to stay a week, we felt the owner should have addressed the and replace it. Second, the gas oven and range had a couple of problems. When the oven would turn on, it would then trip the GFI and turn off. The GFI may be faulty. Also, the gas burners on the range need new ignitor switches as they kept clicking to turn on long after the flame is lit. This could be a potential safety issue and should not be ignored. The third major issue was that the entire network went out, no internet, no TV connection, no computer...nothing. This was highly frustrating as it was Father's Day, and all the Dad's wanted to do was watch the NBA playoff game that night. We ended up having to go to the local bar while the Property Manager worked on the issue, which took several hours. Lastly, the living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. It looks nice but is not enjoyable to sit on at all. Yes, we spent lots of time at the beach and outdoors, but when we came back for the evening, the seating situation was sub-par. There are lots of inexpensive options that would be both practical and comfortable. I would love to say that we would book this location in the future, but with the multiple issues and common space being uncomfortable, we will be looking elsewhere for our beach house next year. Todd the property manager was great and do appreciate his promptness when called.

Great fall break with family

We had a wonderful time at this home. The location is outstanding with the grass area in front and the beach just beyond the grass. We loved the walkability to coffee shops, restaurants, duffy boat rentals, the fun zone and so much more. The kitchen was well stocked and the sand toys and chairs were appreciated. Todd was great to communicate with from the beginning through to check out. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Beautiful place!

The house is beautiful and well stocked with views of the ocean from 2nd and third floors. There is a park right out the front door for dogs and people to enjoy. I wish the Newport restaurants had been closer as they are the best!! Easily accessed with a bike or car but too far for little ones. Strollable but not in the heat wave we experienced. The manager is the best!

Highly recommend this lovely beach home!

We had a wonderful family stay at this lovely beach home. Our little kids loved playing on the grass in front of the home while we cooked and enjoyed the patio. We walked and rode bikes on the path daily, and obviously LOVED the beach a mere steps away. Being walking distance to the Fun Zone, Duffy rentals, and the ferry to Balboa was an added bonus. Highly recommend booking a 5:00 Duffy and either bringing dinner on or picking it up dockside…so fun! While my husband drove our son to a local football camp in the mornings, I didn’t need to drive once our stay, it was awesome to walk everywhere with our three kids. We appreciated what a great communicator the manager Todd was. We felt comfortable getting a hold of him, if necessary, but everything we needed was provided and easy to find. We highly recommend this house for a family vacation. If coming in the summer, keep in mind the noise level at night on the weekend, as it’s a popular area. We knew that coming in and it wasn’t an issue for us, but you need to be okay with a little noise at night if you’re going to stay on the Peninsula in the summer, in general.

Beach life

Great place, great location and great service from our house. If you’re looking to stay at the beach and have a touch of luxury, this is a spot. Parking is abundant and it makes beach living so much easier when you’re having guest. There is a lot of stuff to do in the area as well.

Definitely Booking again!

Everything about the property was exactly as listed. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and home was equip with everything needed. Property manager was always available if we needed anything. The only critique we would make is all of the beds were quite uncomfortable new mattresses are definitely needed even just a bed in a box would be great, more patio furniture needed there was never enough seating for people, as well as some more TVs in the other bedrooms. Everything else was absolutely wonderful!

Amazing home! Will be back!

My family and I had the best time spending Mother’s Day weekend here. The kitchen was fully stocked and they also had lots of beach accessories in the garage. We loved the location of it because we could walk down to the fun zone and there is also a big grass field in between the house and the beach so the kids loved that as well. It was very clean and the manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved that there was a hot tub off the master suite. We will definitely be back for another staycation!

Beachfront Bliss

Amazing house, great sunsets every night on the roof. Kids really enjoyed having the park right out front to play. Made walking to the beach even easier as well. Fire pits right there, easy walk to food, bike rentals, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome luxury beach house

Large well appointed beach house in great location. We have a small gathering with family. 6 adults and 5 kids, plenty of room. Nice to have the large grassy area in front for the kids to run and hot tub to relax and watch the sun set. Would totally book again!

Every detail from the floor to ceiling fold away accordion doors that allow the fresh ocean air to flood over you, to the gourmet kitchen clad in marble counters, to the hand selected textured tile in the bathrooms. Few people ever get to build their dream home and I am proud to share my beautiful home with you.

What makes this property unique

The open floor plan in the living area is designed to allow friends and family to spend time together and the wide range of indoor and outdoor spaces give everyone their own private place to relax and unwind. The master suite is your own private retreat complete with en suite bath, private balcony, and spectacular ocean views.
Head up to the 3rd floor and relax in the loft or on the spacious rooftop deck complete with seating area, dining table, or fire up the direct gas Wolf grill. Be sure to keep an eye on the water for passing dolphin pods and migrating whales!
