Great Location

We were going on a family vacation to Toronto and even though outside the city the place was perfect. Not a bad drive from downtown. The condo was very clean, spacious and fully stocked. Everything newer, a lot near by. Quiet new construction. Easy communication with owner.

Brampton Stay

This property is great, spacious and clean! The area is nice and quiet and Anthony was very accommodating. I did not realize there were two units and a common area, but it was not an issue. Not far from YYZ or the city area of Toronto and lots of shopping. There are many restaurants in the area as well. I have no complaints!

My friends and I were a little disappointed with this home. I’ll start by saying that the photos used for the listing must’ve been taken years ago when the home was first built or heavily edited because the condition of the home doesn’t quite look like the photos. Several of the walls and baseboards were dirty and severely scuffed up. The home was not properly cleaned at all - floors not swept, hair was found in the tub in the bathroom upstairs, windowsills dirty, kitchen sink area not properly cleaned, etc. The front door to the home was actually already unlocked when we arrived so I can only assume that the cleaners or someone left the door unlocked but that was scary considering other units in the home were being occupied by other people. I did mention that to the host but did not mention the lack of cleanliness as we were exhausted from traveling and one of our guests didn’t want to make a big fuss about it so we just cleaned ourselves. There was also an old dryer sitting outside beside the garage in which I thought was a bit tacky. Overall, the home itself is nice and has so much potential but I do not believe it’s being managed properly. Proper cleaning and cosmetic repairs will take this place far.
