This lifestyle condominium is located at the Dunes, a premier luxury community in SWFL!

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and sunsets from your balcony. This gated community with 24-hour security offers world-class amenities that includes tennis courts, a fitness club with access to trainers, massage and other spa services, a new Clubhouse with casual dinning or pool side at the Tiki Bar. There is also an option to access the Private members only - Floridian Club, located directly on the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach, offering wonderful cuisine, cocktails, a private pool and attendants to set up your chaise lounge, umbrella and beach towels.

Situated in the Grande Geneva, this 2800 sq. ft. condominium has a large, screened balcony that is directly west facing over the Gulf. The master bedroom and guest suite each have a king size bed and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom.

The kitchen comes complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances that include a refrigerator, wine cooler, gas range, oven and microwave. Enjoy the comfortable living and dinning area, DirectTV, washer and dryer and internet access.

Note: All rentals are subject to Property Owners Association approval and require a $550 application fee that includes a background check.
