A beautifully laid out villa. The pastel coloured decor is very calming, and the place was spotlessly clean. The garden and pool are very private, the garden plants attracts amazing butterflies and birds. Briarwood estate is well maintained and quiet. We liked the fact there weren't notices everywhere which some villas have, just a handy info folder. The three separate sleeping areas meant we all had private spaces. The coffee bar is a lovely idea. It was also nice having things like coffee pods, laundry pods and shampoo/conditioner left by previous guests to use when you first arrived. The villa is a short drive to places like Walmart and the beach. There are beach chairs/ umbrellas to use in the villa. We had an issue with the pool filter which was sorted very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I couldn’t say enough about how great this place is! From great communication with the Property Manager to cleanliness of the property. The moment we opened the doors we just felt at home. Highly recommend staying here!

Great home

This home has the perfect location plus all the amenities anyone could possibly need for a absolutely fabulous vacation in Naples Florida. The hosts were quick to respond and the house was very clean. Truly you could not ask for anything any nicer. Our family had a blast seeing the sights of Naples and then relaxing in the heated pool to end our day. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us with fantastic beds and bed rooms. I would positively stay here again.

Stunning Vacation Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! Gorgeous gated community with immaculate, lush landscaping and palm trees. Well appointed kitchen and loved the coffee/tea bar. Beautifully decorated with a really great layout of bedrooms (with comfy beds!) and seating to accommodate groups of 6+ guests. One of our daughters is attending a pre-college course via Zoom this summer and the desk in the bedroom with two twin beds was really helpful for her to still connect and focus while on vacation. Loved all the pocket doors to separate living areas in the house. My brother-in-law had his own private suite at the front of the house he could close off for privacy. The TV in the living room was spectacular when we needed to cool off from the pool deck. We loved the bird feeder next to the lanai too! We bought a bag of bird feed from Walmart to appreciate all the cardinals and doves as you swim in the pool. Really lovely experience. We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you!

Lovely experience!

We rented this house for 12 days for 5 adults and a 2 year old. The house is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. The master with its walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom is on one side of the house, with the other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the other side. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom can be separated from the living area by a pocket door, and the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom by another pocket door. Giving the impression of 3 separate “wings” of the house. Great privacy for all! The master bed (king) has a very firm mattress which was very comfortable but very firm. The hosts were extremely responsive to my questions before arrival and quick to address any situation we had during our stay which included a minor repair that was handled within hours. Fantastic service! The pool and hot tub were always at a great temperature (solar heated so you need some warm days). The kitchen had everything you would need to cook for 6+ people. The garage has a ping pong table, bikes/scooters and lots of beach equipment which was very much appreciated by the whole family. The neighbourhood is quiet and very well maintained. The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the pool faces north so if you are a sun worshiper you have a small part of the deck for only a portion of the day to be in direct sunlight. We had beautiful weather so even in the shade it was warm - we spent all day and ate every meal outside so the direction of the house is only a problem if you want to spend all day sun tanning. I would highly recommend this house and this host (they have several properties that all seem to have the same decor and attention to detail).

Family vacation

Location amazing, the community great , the security not really helpful. The house layout great , but the pictures are been use maybe since they bought the house, furniture really need an update or cleanup, was molded in everything on the pool area including the tables , we had to buy Pool floats , one of my kids is really allergic to mold so he was having medicine every day . Inside behind one of the doors was a lot of mold also . Kitchen not to the level they advertise, pans not good . We gave to pay at the beach for chairs and beach umbrellas because almost everything in the house is in a terrible condition, I’ll try to put some pictures but not sure if I can to probes my review

Very comfortable house!

House was exactly as advertised! Pool area is outstanding! And the bedrooms are separated into two wings, which adds some privacy/comfort. I would definitely want to stay here again when I am in town.
