Thanks for your review Leon. The cleaner was on her way to clean the unit you stayed in, so of course it wasn't ready yet. The cleaner arrived just after check-in time. As we had Oz-tag in Coffs Harbour, all cleaners were working their best this week and were totally flat out. We are sorry you had leave the unit for a couple of hours. Lucky you had the beautiful beach and cafes in walking distance as it was such a beautiful day to enjoy the outdoors. The unit was cleaned quickly and efficiently, so you could go back inside.

The unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed - the kitchen especially.My only gripe is the front door screen and the front were both very difficult to lock and unlock and the screen door didn’t slide easily. Otherwise we loved our stay and would stay again!

Nice place. Terrific location. Great service from real estate staff. Carpet needs replacing with some different floor material. Bedrooms are small and space around bed is limited. Kitchen and bathroom laundry are well serviced.

Great location

Overall we were very comfortable there . Fantastic location. I would expect though for the $ we spent to have wifi and bedding provided. The washing machine is also super loud and shakes ALOT which was a bit of a worry . You might want to look into that to make sure it’s safe to use . The place is bigger than it looks from the outside and was clean
