Bay Dream Bliss, Unit B - Waterfront, Indian Bay! Bring the crab traps!

This property is part of duplex that offers great access to Indian Bay. Bring your crab pots, or your boat, or just go for a swim! You are just 1.8 miles from the nearest public gulf beach! This home is spacious, laid out well, and comfortably furnished! Watch the boats come in and out of beautiful Indian Bay. You are in close proximity to all of Dauphin Island's offerings! This property is pet friendly with a 2-pet maximum limit.

Please note this duplex has a shared laundry room below the units.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.

Clean and great location

The location was great. Loved the deck over the water. The beds were overly soft. The kitchen was lacking greatly. A total of 2 coffee cups, 3 plates and 2 bowls so bring your own if everyone plans on drinking coffee and eating at the same time. The door to the other unit was thin and we woke up to the kids on the other side playing drums at 8am on Easter Sunday. The code I was sent didn't work, but the management company was very responsive and accommodating.

Nice Waterfront Location

This house offers great waterfront access with a big dock out back. The house itself is a little dated but comfortable. We had an issue getting the door code to work on check-in but the property manager remedied the issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Dauphin Island

Great overall location in nice little bay. Walking distance to a great little bakery. Would recommend some TLC of overall unit. Kitchen had very limited dishes, cookware and no cutlery at all. Excellent communication with property management. They responded immediately with a few minor issues.
