In a minimal co-ownership (2 apartments), this house consists of two entirely separate levels. The apartment (not overlooked) is located on the ground floor and includes a private garden of 120 square meters and a shed for storing bikes or other equipment. The apartment (54 m²) was completely redone in 2013. It consists of a living room / kitchen, a pantry, a corridor allowing access to the two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower 'Italian and WC. The first bedroom has a 140 cm bed and another 90 cm bed, while the other has a 140 cm bed. The kitchen equipment is new with fridge, induction cooker hood, dishwasher, oven, fryer, cutlery ...
The washing machine is located in the cellar and access to wifi is guaranteed.It is possible to park your vehicle on the private part even if parking on the street is not problematic. A garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue are available.
The district is located halfway between the Pilat dune and the center of Arcachon, near the beaches (10 mins walk) from a tennis court, the source of the Abatilles, a golf course, some shops and from the Moulleau district (10 / 15mn on foot).
Nearby is also the thalassotherapy center.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, très bonne situation, calme. Partie salon un peu petite (séjour à la Toussaint donc soirées en intérieur), literie à rafraichir, accès internet reseau trop faible. Excellent séjour à 2 pas du Mouleau

Location refaite à neuf et idéale en famille: sdb et cuisine très agréable. Avons passé une excellent quinzaine! Les clubs de voile, Mickey et plages sont à quelques minutes à pied. Tout le nécessaire pour profiter du jardin est prévu: transat, bbq... je recommande vivement! Le +: Propriétaire arrangeant sur l'organisation!

Parfait pour un week-end prolongé

Nous avons séjourné à Arcachon à l'occasion du week-end prolongé de la Toussaint. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité des pistes cyclables, la localisation dans la ville, la possibilité de ranger nos vélos à l'abri. Côté logement nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l'équipement de la cuisine et nous avons apprécié la fonctionnalité et la propreté de cet appartement en rez de jardin. Cerise sur le gâteau : la météo digne d'un mois de juillet ! Tout était parfait et nous reviendrons sans hésitation lors d'un prochain séjour. Merci à Chloé et à M. Clemens pour leur accueil.

Apartement sehr schön, sauber und perfekt gelegen

Diese Wohnung (Untergeschoß eines Hauses) ist komplett renoviert, sehr sauber und befindet sich nicht weit vom Strand. Ein kl. Supermarkt sowie ein Bäcker findet man in der Nähe. Die Betten sind sehr gut und das Haus ziemlich kühl im Sommer, da die Sonne nur Vormittags darauf scheint. Man findet dort alles was man täglich benötigt. Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Tage in Frankreich

Es waren wunderschöne Urlaubstage. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Lage war perfekt. Zum Atlantik 900m und nach Bordeaux Ca. 60 km. Vieles war in der Nähe zu besichtigen. Ideal für Radler, Wanderer und Wassersport. Viele sehr gute Gastronomische Einrichtungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Näheren Umgebung. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzige was zu verbessern wäre: eine SAT Anlage gerade für Ausländische Besucher. Alles im allem sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße nach Arcachon aus Deutschland. Gundula, Gundhard und Martin.

Superbes vacances à Arcachon

Partis pour les vacances de Pâques, ma femme, mes deux enfants et moi même Nous avons réservé cette location tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Il ne manque rien au niveau aménagement, location très propre et très fonctionnelle. Il y a tout lave linge, lave vaisselle, four électrique et micro-onde trop cool. (draps et serviettes) Au calme, sur le tracé d'une piste cyclable permettant de rejoindre la plage et le centre d'Arcachon rapidement. Le plus, petit cabanon pour ranger les vélos et surtout la Wifi. Great find !

Nice newly refurbished apartment - walking distance to Beach and local shops/Restaurants - and about 3 kms to town center. Quiet location ( In September !) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Arcachon - lots to see and do and great restaurants/Seafood as fresh as it gets ! A suggested improvement to the apartment may be to add an additional arm chair - the 1 sofa was a bit tight for 2 !! Loved the place and would stay here again!
