This was the perfect place for my friends to stay while visiting for a concert in Toronto. A very reasonable drive to the city, a quiet place to rest an relax in the evening, and plenty of space for all of us. The area is great to explore as well-- lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Casey was a wonderful guest. She kept our home very clean and tidy throughout her stay. We especially appreciated that she followed all the house rules, took great care of the property, and kept the garbage properly tied and organized. She was respectful, responsible, and very considerate. We would be happy to host Casey again and highly recommend her to other hosts.

Check-in was delayed by 30 minutes do to the cleaners arriving late. It took me asking several times for a late check-out before I was given a hour extension on a late check-out. The walks are white and you can see smudges everywhere on the walls. The furniture isn’t very comfortable. It appears as if they just got a lot of cheap stuff to throw in the property to meet requirements. Hopefully over time they’ll upgrade the furniture. The condo was shared by other guest who would enter and exit from the garage that we were staying at. The door leading to the garage did appear locked but it did catch me a little off guard hearing other people and knowing they were practically sharing the same unit as us. The condo next door had a rat popping out from behind their garbage can. The shower heads weren’t stable and would leak from the sides. It is 3 levels of stairs so be prepared to get your steps in. The ac does not reach well on the 3rd level (where all the beds are located). I reach out to the host on the second day with a list of stuff that needed attention. They responded the following day. The same cleaners came out to fix the bed in the master bedroom because the frame was unstable and I kept sinking into the bed because the frames would shift and fall in. The thermostat wasn’t simple to operate. Between that and realizing that the air just wasn’t strong on the 3rd level there wasn’t much that could be done. Outlets in all of the bathrooms needed attention.

Property is top class - exactly as advertised. Can be on the flight path some times so can be a little loud, but it didn’t really bother us all that much. Host was very straight and honest about everything, quick to respond to any communication and always very very helpful. We are due back again later in the month and are looking forward to it. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
