Hi Rick, Thank you for sharing your experience. I have to say, we were shocked by your review! We take our guests satisfaction very seriously and understand the privilege of hosting your stay. If you had informed us that you were experiencing any issues we would have taken immediate action. When we performed the inspection before your arrival, the home looked to be in pristine condition. I'm sorry that was not your impression and I wish we'd had the chance to address your concerns during your stay. In regards to the golf balls, unfortunately staying in a home on the golf course does come with some risk but we are very sorry it negatively impacted your stay. You are only the second guest to have ever stayed in this home and our first guest made no mention of frequent golf balls hitting the house so we did not know to warn you. I hope you'll get the chance to visit our beautiful desert again soon and that you will have a much better experience the next time around. If you would like to reach out to us to discuss this any further, please contact me directly and I'll be more than happy to assist you in any way I can. Katie Negrete Royale Vacation Rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is spectacular. Very spacious, well appointed. Kitchen well equipped with top shelf appliances. Property managers were always helpful and at the ready. There is one glitch that future renters should be aware of. The pool is 225 yards from the tee on hole 7, so you will have to be aware of errant golf shots.
