This is a nice property on the interior. The beds are rock hard and the property is on a main blvd. With plenty of traffic noise. Additionally, the blinds in the bedrooms don’t darken the room and the light is plentiful in the mornings to awaken you.

Everything was great. The location was spectacular. Being on the main road was a bit loud at night, therefore I brought ear plugs, easily addressed the noise at night so I could sleep. We did have to keep the A/C up high during the day to cool the upstairs off but again, little nuances, every house has their quirks. The house was clean, had everything we needed and location was spectacular. I would definitely rent this house again.

The house is beautiful and well kept. The location is perfect. It is 1 short block from all of the action. If you are a cook, this is not a cooks kitchen. Could use more kitchen food storage containers, more pots and pans, baking trays etc. Bring your own. The upstairs master bedroom is beautiful. However, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs/facemask because the street is a main road and it can be noisy and the room is not dark because of the street lights. The location is perfect. It is right across the street from all the action and I would not hesitate to stay here. We loved it.

Check-in was easy, beautiful home, and our dog’s loved the spacious fenced backyard. It was in a prime location to walk to Pier Village and enjoy the new Boardwalk!

We really enjoyed our stay in Long Branch. The house itself is very nice and the location is within walking distance of the beach, lots of restaurants, and shopping. The beds and all the furniture are in excellent condition. We didn't really use the deck or the backyard--but they were kept up well.Communication from the management company was timely and entry code worked properly.There is plenty of parking--room for 5 cars. It is a busy road, so we backed in. This might be difficult during the busy season.There were a couple of small issues that caused me to give it 4 stars, instead of 5. 1. There is a 327 cleaning fee, but the check out instructions say to leave it as you found it. Implying you are suppose to clean it. For that price, I don't expect to have to do any cleaning. The actual list of tasks to complete was actually pretty reasonable. So I mostly just found it confusing.2. We were in town for a wedding. Thus, we were all getting ready at the same time. There was only one hair dryer. There was a tabletop ironing board, but no iron. There was a handheld steamer, but it didn't really work.3. The towels that were put out when we arrived were pretty worn out. Faded and shrunken out of shape.As I said these are small issues, but they could be easily and inexpensively dealt with.

Great Beach House Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this great beach house. The location was great, close to the beach and Pier Village with everything for kids and grownups. The layout of the house was excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would gladly come again!

Perfect location for a family weekend

We were in town for an event in nearby Sea Bright and this house was a great location. You can walk right out the front door and cross to the beach and small boardwalk. Such a fun area. The house is big and spacious. Plenty of beds and room for a family. Very clean!

Property was as represented and documented. It is within 2 blocks of the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Weather was great. No negatives at the property except the road noise was a little annoying when trying to sleep at night if you are not used to it.

Couldn't be better!

The house has been nicely remodeled, the common space is comfortable, house was very clean, the beds are comfortable and are good sized, and there's three full bathrooms. Location is prime and you can watch the sunset from the front porch in the morning!

The location of this property couldn’t be better! The beach, boardwalk, and Pier Village are right across the street, so no need to have to pay for parking. Everything is walkable. House was clean when we arrived and had plenty of towels and sheets. Communication with the host contact was excellent and check in/check out was easy. I would definitely book again!!

Excellent location and home

We came as a family for a graduate graduation and it was perfect. Had everything we needed and we couldn't beat the location! Directly across the street from the beach and shopping. The home is newly renovated with beautiful finished. Grateful to have found such a lovely place.

Perfect home!

We rented for a Monmouth grad school graduation stay and it could not have been more perfect for the family. Beautiful inside and out and amazing location for the beach, school, shopping on the boardwalk. House had plenty of room with updated decor. We loved it!

Great house one block from Beach and strip of restaurants and boardwalk

Perfect location in Longbranch if you love beach. Three bedroom 3 bath with backyard deck. Smooth transaction and great time at Jersey Shore with my family. I would go back to this property. Five Stars!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for the whole family. The house is literally one block from the beach. The home has a great layout and updated. Generally, the beds were ok but the master bed was a little too firm for our liking. Great location, would stay here again!

Excellent stay

The house is very well located across the street from the pier and beach. House is modern, clean and comfortable. Would note there is only one A/C zone so you need to make it cool downstairs at night for the house to cool off upstairs. The property manager is excellent and was always available and responded quickly. She even sent a paddleball set gift for the kids! Highly recommend.

Beautifully renovated property. 3 bedrooms plus 3 full baths. Gas stove. Large kitchen. Great property for dogs. We had our poodles. One block to beach. Amazingly responsive owners. Note: On a busy street so loud in front master bedroom with traffic outside. Amazing stay nonetheless.
