Important Rental Notice:
The City of Long Branch has recently enacted and begun enforcing new regulations requiring a minimum 60-day rental period for residential properties. As a result, we are currently unable to accept reservations for stays shorter than 60 consecutive days unless the City modifies or provides an exception to this requirement.

SALTWATER HEATED POOL w/tanning ledge and waterfall. Newly renovated first floor and primary bathroom. Very family-friendly. 7 minute walk to the beach, 1 mile to pier village, short ride to Red Bank, Sea Bright, Asbury Park.

Beautiful kitchen, covered front/back patio with comfortable furniture, treadmill, Photo wall, Amazon playground Gaming Unit, HOT TUB, fenced in yard, Patio string lights, and BBQ grill.

Some toys, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, beach cart, 4 beach badges and more!

Jeffery was an amazing host, attentive and timely. The house had all the items necessary to help you relax and enjoy your vacation. Our group really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. We highly suggest this property for the north end of New Jersey.

The house was beautiful, they have thought of just about everything. But bring a sound system or a speaker.My only complaint was, we did not use the hot tub because it was not at all clean. The water was filling and the liner was brown with stains.

While it is maintained with chemicals I came to learn that one of the previous guests prior to your stay had unplugged the hot tub during their stay so it was not running properly for some time before you arrived. Hi - my family and I had a beautiful time. Jeffrey the host was great to work with. He assisted us with any questions we had before our visit, etc. The house was very clean and roomy. The kids really enjoyed the pool!! I would definitely go back. Thank you!!!

We had a girl’s weekend here and it was lovely! The house was so nicely decorated and modern with a beachy feel! Tons of nice touches in the yard with privacy landscaping, resort-like wicker loungers and couches along with string lights for the evening. The pool and hot tub were a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Everything we needed was included (down to the dishwasher pods, which aren’t always available without bringing your own at other rentals.). Location was a quick walk or drive to Seven Presidents park or a drive to Pier Village. Truly a special visit!

Awesome shore house. Perfect for a family who wants to be close to the beach and have a backyard with a pool if they get tired of the sand and sun. Jeff (the host) was nothing short of amazing. Very professional and incredibly responsive to questions before and during the stay. Would definitely stay again next year we visit the Jersey shore!

We booked this home for a weekend getaway, looking for a beach location with easy access to MetLife Stadium. The house was perfect for our needs — spacious, clean, and equipped with a nice backyard and pool. We were three families, including one with younger kids, so the door alarms and retractable safety gate were a big plus. The location is great, just a short walk to Seven Presidents Beach Park. Jeffrey was a responsive and helpful host, quickly answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Start to finish, Jeff was a dream to work with. Not only was he kind and responsive but prepared for every and any thing. The property is beyond stunning, pictures don’t do it justice. From the clean and welcoming arrival, to a friendly check in hours after we departed; this home was perfect. A true gem and we never wanted to leave. If you’re looking for a luxurious vacation, this checks all the boxes and then some. We will be back!!!
