The house is spacious and in a great location. That said the last few years we rented it there were issues that were not communicated to us before arrival, I.e. last year the elevator was broken and not repaired during our stay, this year we arrived to find the central air conditioning on the top floor was not working and they had installed small room size AC units to try and compensate, which were insufficient to keep the upper level at a comfortable temperature, also the tub spout in the master bathroom broke and when we reported within 24 hours of arrival no one came to fix it the entire week.Also, it should be noted the maintenance and upkeep on this property is lacking.

We enjoyed our stay at Pirate’s Booty and would definitely stay here again! We had two families (4 adults and 4 teens), and the space was perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the house is a quick block to the beach access. The location is close to tons of great shops, restaurants and groceries. Note, the house does not have any hairdryers, so bring your own!
