Zach & Amanda have created a living space that is a joy to experience. Lots of little “touches” that make this one of the most wonderful homes we have stayed in. This house delivers whatever you need to have a great stay - don’t scroll past it, just book it you won’t be sorry. We will come back!
Beautiful property that was clean. Hosts left information about surrounding area and restaurants- we definitely felt welcomed when we arrived. Beautiful area with lots to do! Would stay here again

Great Stay in Nature
Loved my stay here nestled in the trees. The house is nicely furnished and comfortable, and having all the equipment available to kayak, fish, play tennis and basketball was amazing for me and my 4 friends who stayed. Would definitely stay again!
The property is spacious, clean, and contemporary. The host was incredibly helpful and informative. This is a great choice for anyone coming to the Catskill area.
Great spot for what we needed for the weekend. Quiet and family friendly area. Accurate to photos posted online. Dishes and bathroom floors could’ve been slightly cleaner, but enjoyed our stay overall.
Beautiful home in a quiet lake community with many anemities. This place had everything that we needed and the owners were available to answer questions, and also shared events happening in the community with us. Will definitely stay here again.
Our 4 night stay was absolutely up to our hopes. Our host contact answered all of our questions promptly. The host was able to accommodate our req for early check-in. The home and furnishings were tasteful, clean and in good order. We prepared several gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We were able to take advantage of our hosts kayaks and pickleball gear.We sat on the deck and enjoyed a pleasant evening while grilling dinner. The hosts have labeled light switches and thermostat for easy identification and provided a binder with information on the house, the recreational amenities and recommendations for dining and activities in the area. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends and would stay again if we were in the area.
A wonderfully peaceful location. We selected this home based on easy access for a college tour. Although it's only a short drive to Albany and Troy, when at the home it was a world away. The home provided all that it stated and a basket full of games to span generations. The neighborhood was great for walking and biking. The amenities could be accessed by biking or driving. There are pickleball courts and several games were happening in the mornings. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions quickly. If our child selects this school we would definitely rent this home again.
We had a wonderful stay. House is brand new, super clean and bright. We loved the access to bikes, plus tennis, pool, and the lake. Will definitely return!
This is a beautiful Cozy Chalet. Very clean home with all the modern conveniences. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Owners made stay very easy. No complaints here! Will definitely book again.
Beautiful home, comfortable and had such Attention to detail and suggestions for an enjoyable stay (except an iron, which we presume is not provided as a safety measure)—felt like we were at a hotel !

New house at lake community
We stayed at this lovely house in Athens New York. The house seemed nearly new. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our family. House is close to Hudson New York and all the other small charming upstate New York city's. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the Hudson valley.
