The Executive Penthouse was built a few years back, close to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, theater, and Lake Natoma. The views are spectacular - whether you are on the front area deck or the roof top. Walk out the front door and you're on the main street, full of everything you need to make your stay amazing.

Our rooftop patio is perfect for entertaining a small group or to relax with friends. Enjoy this amazing panoramic view on the cozy furniture surrounding the outdoor rooftop fireplace. Each room is beautifully designed with inviting décor and modern style accents. Two Master bedrooms with King sized beds accommodates 4 people comfortably. You cannot get any closer to everything Folsom has to offer in its Historic District.

Great location, spacious penthouse, comfortable king bed, nice having two bathrooms, kitchen was large with barstools and large dining room table. We used the gas fireplace every day. Fun sitting on the rooftop patio and watching the sunset. Parking in the covered lot across the street was easy

Everything was great. We watched 4 sunsets on the rooftop patio during the week and took advantage of the close proximity to some great restaurants. Parking can be challenging if it is Friday or Saturday night but that's because the location is so fantastic.

Family Folsom Weekend

We had a wonderful stay here! My husband and I stayed here with my parents and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us and everything you need. The place is a great location to explore Folsom with plenty of things to do nearby. We were walking distance to breakfast/dinner every day. We were able to host a happy hour with the rest of our family one night and enjoy the rooftop sunset views. We would love to stay here again!

Perfectly located and perfectly appointed, the Penthouse on Sutter is our favorite spot!! This was our 3rd annual trip to Folsom and we LOVE coming to this penthouse. The rooftop lounge area is our favorite!!!

Outstanding Location!

It is located in a great downtown location. Walking distance to all restaurants and night life. Front balcony and rooftop is great for enjoying your coffee in the morning and a evening cocktail as you watch the people mingling downtown. If you have the opportunity to stay at this location don’t pass it up!

Amazing Vacation Rental!

This was the perfect vacation rental. We booked it for a girls trip and there was no shortage of amazing restaurants and great local shops within walking distance. The location is perfect - it’s on the end of the main street, which was very convenient. The Farmers Market on Saturdays is a must! The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The rooftop area was beautiful! Thank you - we’ll be back again!

Great Location

Doug is a very responsive manager, loved the place. Rooftop area is up a spiral staircase so we didn’t get to use that, rest is really nice. Parking can be a challenge on busy weekends, but lots to do within walking distance!

Magical Christmas Holiday

Beautiful loft and wonderful place to celebrate the holidays. We enjoyed the holiday decorations throughout the loft, including a Christmas tree! We also enjoyed the lights on the rooftop and beautiful sunsets. Amazing location. Lots of restaurants, shopping and walking trails too. We will definitely be back!

My name is Doug, I'm a local commercial real estate developer, and past Fireman, Paramedic, and current Reserve Police Officer. My passion is restoring and remodeling Historic Homes. I've lived in Folsom all my life. I personally manage all my commercial and residential properties to ensure my guests and renters are properly taken care of. I've been a vacation rental host for over 8 years, and was one the first to create a vacation rental in Historic Folsom with what is known as the Figueroa House. I currently have two amazing vacation rentals, both on the main street (Sutter Street) in Historic Folsom. I've been actively involved in the placement of tenants, restaurants, and entertainment venues in Old Folsom. Sutter Street Steakhouse, Fabria Bakery, More then Olives, Hacienda, The smart Axe, Ruby's Books, Sutter Street Theater, and BrainyZoo, Just to name a few. I designed and developed the Sutter Street Steakhouse Building , Fire and Rain Building (Penthouse Location) , and restored many others. I work hard to provide something top notch for my guests.
