Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please empty out dishwasher put away all clean dishes. Place garbage in outside trash cans. Strip all used linens and towels and put in laundry room. Start 1 towels load! Turn off all fans, lights,

Any floating pool toys used please put back in storage. If you had a pet clean up pet poop if discovered left there will be a $50.00 extra charge.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Outdoors quiet time restricted to 10:00 pm. No loud music no parties allowed the property is in a peaceful neighborhood.

Well appointed house, well designed backyard and pool area. The kitchen is well stocked and the layout is great with plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids to spend time together. The only drawback is the pool took almost 3 days to come to a really solid 88 degrees when the outside temps were in the mid 70s. We still had a lot of fun.

Peaceful Getaway for Family and Friends

Our group of family friends loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults, 4 little ones, and one dog. We spent most of our time soaking up the sun in the beautiful backyard pool, and the kids loved the horses that came by to say hello through the fence. Valerie, the host, was responsive and helpful with all my questions, both before and during our stay. When I messaged her about how to turn on the hot tub heater, she let me know there was an additional fee for that (which she mentioned in the listing, and I just missed it). She also made it clear upfront that this isn’t a party house and asked us to keep noise to a minimum, which was fine for our group.I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that can accommodate a group and are OK with keeping the noise down in a peaceful neighborhood.

Beautiful home, fewer bedrooms rooms than listed

First, we want to say that this is a gorgeous house. My group of college buddies, most of us now in our sixties, had a great time. Lots of relaxing in the pool and hot tub, it was nearly perfect for our long weekend. But we must mention that the number of bedrooms is misrepresented. We had 10 people total in attendance. It clearly lists that there are 5 bedrooms AND an office, but that is not correct. There are 5 bedrooms with one that has been converted into an office and has a queen size air mattress in it. We were charged 2 extra person fees (which we were aware of before our visit), but we were not aware that the 2 people we paid extra for would spend the weekend on an air mattress with foam and pillows under blankets but without sheets. The bedroom (listed as bedroom 5 in the attached listing with a queen bed and futon) does not exist. Our rating would have been five stars if there had been 5 bedrooms with real beds, as listed. That would have been perfect.

Unfortunately I was trying on Vrbo website to say bedroom office with air mattress available for extra guest room but that isn’t available. So I guess I confused this guest as a traveler ! As a traveler I look at the pictures listed it clearly shows 4 beds and open office room. I called Vrbo it’s been fixed! I apologized to the guest the maids forgot to put sheets back on top of the queen air mattress. 10 people is to many people so I adjusted to 8 people. 5 cars are to many for an occupied garage. Just ask questions upfront before reservations so we avoid any confusion and the host is aware there will be 5 cars coming. Thanks again I’m glad you enjoyed the house.

The house was beautiful and i was so excited to have my lady and my friends come in and join me my 38th birthday gathering, everyone was acting the best behavior and most of them left around midnight, i was chilling with my lady and i started getting texts around 3:30 am from the host, she keeps repeating herself that there were 20 people in the pool and i jump went to see who in the pool and no one there we only 6 people in the house, and she saying you need to leave the house in the morning and my contact with here was for two nights, she keeps saying the neighbors called her and complaining and i know for fact the neighbors will call the police first so she was tripping, in next day i got call from Vrbo agent and he was asking if i really do have over 20 people in the house and I told him sir do you hear any sound of people in the house it’s only me and my lady, definitely he believed me because I really don’t have anyone besides my lady, because of the host i got forced to leave the house and she refused to pay back my second night but thank God the agent was amazing and he did force her to pay me back my money, don’t go there, as soon as you get there she will find any reason to kick you out and keep the money.

This guest had an unauthorized party with 15-20 different people coming in and out of my house until 3:30 AM when I was woken up by my nest alarm camera blasting and my neighbors complaining. Luckily I was able to get assistance with a vrbo supervisor next day and have this guest leave. He would only leave if he was refunded his extra night which Vrbo comped knowing this guest needed to leave immediately. I’ve been hosting 12 years 1st time I’ve ever had to evict someone. It was my worst experience ever!
