The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please empty out dishwasher put away all clean dishes. Place garbage in outside trash cans. Strip all used linens and towels and put in laundry room. Start 1 towels load! Turn off all fans, lights,
Any floating pool toys used please put back in storage. If you had a pet clean up pet poop if discovered left there will be a $50.00 extra charge.

The neighborhood you only see people who live there. Zero noise no cars around. My property backyard is private and I’m fortunate to share it with beautiful horses that come visit me for a carrot.
