Great condo

Condo was as listed and great. The only issue I had was the resort was under construction and the waterpark was not available, but that won’t affect future stays. Location is great right next to hard rock Inn on the beach.

Beautiful weekend getaway

We enjoyed ourselves. The property was decent and what I loved most is that the property manager was very responsive and always checked in via email to make sure we were settled in. There is also plenty to do in the area. The children had fun.

Kid friendly hotel

Location of the hotel from the boardwalk is ideal, everything is conveniently located. The hotel is very family friendly. We had a condo so convince and space was efficient. Surrounding areas outfront of the hotel are a bit sketchy, I was affraid we made the wrong choice staying but once inside the hotel it was fine.

I thought booking through Expedia would make things easier but it only made the process harder. I should have booked directly through Showboat Website. Booking through Expedia is as follows > Expedia>VRBO>Cozysuites. Expedia and VRBO just collect extra fees for providing 0 value or service. The room was decorated sparingly which allowed the noise from the hallway and adjacent bedroom to be loud. Overall the room was much better than a hotel room but the bathroom sink was clogged, the 2nd bathroom smelled of smoke, housekeeping walked in unannounced, and then a stranger came to our door saying he was a repair person but he was not. Lastly, we saw the main floor security person sleeping.

Showboat suite

The overall property is nice, busy and vast. Our room was sparsely furnished but had the basic things. However two of the large kitchen cabinet doors above and below the sink had broken hinges and the doors just barely were hanging on. The dishes were the bare minimum and werent enough if more than two people were using the room. There was no dresser in the bedroom and you had to store your clothes in open shelves near the bathroom. There were a few hangers there but not enough for two people . Some basic things that you normally get in your room at hotels such as boxes of tissues, etc were not there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but i think for the price, CozySuites can do better for their customers.
