Bedrooms include: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 office. Full sized washer and dryer provided. Futon in living room converts to additional bed.Large yard with private off-street parking for 2 cars. Well trained responsible & clean pet is welcome. This home is close to Pearl Street, Naropa, CU and lots of neighborhood shops. Owner lives on the same street and is available most of the time. Internet, cable TV and stereo provided. Great home and location

Very nice house in a great location. Very clean and communication with owner was very easy. The property is in a wonderful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house

We loved the house and neighborhood. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and beds for our boys to have their own space. Nice touches throughout and loved looking out at the community garden.

Just perfect

Everything about the place was perfect. Incredibly comfortable—good beds and great layout for hanging out with family. Very clean and had every thing we needed. And the location could not have been better. Really cute house in a cute neighborhood. And we could walk to Pearl Street in no time. Great stay— I highly recommend it.

Back at School

This property is a wonderful place to stay for CU alumni. Excellent access to all the old spots. Perfect for homecoming. Great place to reminisce with old college friends and be right in the heart of the action. Highly recommended if you want an authentic Boulder experience.

The house was lovely!

Absolutely loved our stay here over the Christmas holiday, the house was clean and presentable with polite and quiet neighbors. Comfortable beds, more than enough kitchen equipment, nice shower- just to name a few of the positives. Incredibly close to everything fun to do in Boulder- thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a lovely quiet space with connections to fun activities!
