New Tiny House

La Petite (French for "The Tiny") Be the first to stay in our brand new custom built tiny house! Tiny in size but big in comfort! Everything is on hand to ensure your stay is comfortable and luxurious including high end appliances and King size bed in loft. There is a day bed downstairs which can also function as a standard single size bed with extra linen provided. Also enjoy the skylights open at night from the loft. Everything is brand new and never used. Camp Hill is a popular suburb in inner Brisbane and 15 mins from airport.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Instruction 1: Please switch off the air conditioning before leaving.

Instruction 2: Please place rubbish in the wheelie bins near the Raven Street entrance. Red lid is general waste; yellow lid is recycling.

Instruction 3: Please have a final look around the tiny house before leaving to make sure you haven’t left any personal belongings behind.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Tiny house was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated with a homely feel. Parking on property. Beautifully cleaned and well presented. Enjoyed using the bbq on the deck. Not for the family but all a couple or single would need. Definitely staying again next time I'm in Brisbane. Lucinda was easy to deal wit and nothing was a problem even let us check in early. Thanks you Lucinda for a great experience and stay while in Brisbane.

We have just stayed in the tiny house would highly recommend, very clean beautiful furnishings, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. We even took our two dachshunds and there was a nice area outside for them to run around and explore. Would definitely re book.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We had to contact the host for check-in information because nothing had been provided beforehand. More seriously, there was a significant ant infestation in the bedroom. On the first night, there were ants on the skylights directly above the bed/over our heads and a couple in the sheets. We notified the host right away with pictures. The host only offered ant spray for the following day and pest control was not available until three days after we arrived. By the second day, the situation had become substantially worse, with hundreds of ants covering the window beside the bed, the skylights, and getting into the bed and sheets. We contacted the host again and were offered ant baits, but given the extent of the infestation, this was not a reasonable solution, particularly when we could not safely sleep in the bed. We ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at our own expense and this was a very disappointing experience. The host was unwilling to refund any of the trip and was defensive when we asked.

Hi Jamie I apologize that your stay was spoiled by the ants. They appear to have come up suddenly as the prior guest had no issues and left a 5 star review. On Sunday evening there wasn’t much we could do at that time and we do live near the property. But I did offer to ring pest control the next day Monday and offered ant spray and baits as well. I rang pest control who said they could come Wednesday. At this time you said you were unsatisfied with that and chose to leave but did not cancel the booking through the app. And then made a complaint to support on the day of your intended departure presuming so we couldn’t obtain another booking. I have been in contact with stayz support this week and have received no answer from them and I’m not sure what they have said to you either. I was awaiting their response as to what to do going forward. Since this booking there has been another guest who left a 5 star review and I have done everything I can to fix this issue and make it clean for guests. However on Sunday night there wouldn’t have been much I could do at that hour unfortunately.

Both cats and myself had a perfectly relaxing time in the property. Well equipped, maintained and air conditioned made for a comfortable stay. Loft bed is huge and plush.Roomy shower.
