Excellent property and fantastic location! Very spacious and had everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because some of the decor and furnishings are older and worn but clean.

We loved this home in every respect and are sad to leave at the end of five excellent days with our family. Hannah was wonderful! We really appreciated her immediate, friendly, and helpful responses to our questions. Two in our party had work calls the morning we left; Hannah kindly provided some latitude regarding their departure, allowing them to complete their calls. It was a stellar experience over all and we look forward to returning.

This property is beautiful, has many rooms for everyone to have their own space if needed. The inside was cleaned but the basement needed tidying up especially the game room. We would definitely stay here again!

The “Glass Castle” is a beautiful and well-appointed property. We enjoyed the comfortable surroundings and witnessed the spectacular sunsets each night. Definitely a place we will rent again.

The property was exactly as pictured with great views of Lake Michigan and Egg Harbor. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes and kitchen ware. The check in and out procedure was easy. Egg Harbor is a more quiet and centrally located area. It was a breeze to get anywhere. I would book this house again! Very nice!!!

What a view!!

While the house had some dated things in it, the view and layout more than made up for this! We had a group of 4 couples and each family loved it and had their own space. It was easy walk to the Trolley and the downtown. Communication was very good as well. We all agreed that this would be our regular spot to go to every year!

Large Convenient Property

Worked well for 5 adults and 2 children under 6. Close to shops and restaurants in Egg Harbor. Can walk. Lovely views of Green Bay. Clean.

We love the views and that it is dog friendly. There was plenty of room and seating for all inside and out. Check in and check out was very very easy. Kitchen was fully stocked and all appliances worked well. Although the check out list on refrigerator doesn't match the online check out list. Such as whether to strip beds or not strip beds and just leave them unmade. It should also be mentioned when garbage pick up is and that vehicles should be out of the circular drive on that day. Upon arrival garbage was overflowing. There are pieces of older outdated furniture that need replacing due to wear and tear. There is a bad leak in the garage which creates a foul moldy/meldew smell in there after it rains. Window blinds and sheers need to be assessed, for dirt, tears and missing slats, and replaced or cleaned. There was an ant problem in the dining area and by kitchen sink, which property management said would be taken care of after we informed them of it. The grill was unclean and full of grease and propane tank was empty. We had to clean the grill and replace the propane tank with one from the garage before we could cook on it. For the price we paid, we would have expected it to be clean, up to date, and well maintained.

Glass Castle

The glass castle was absolutely beautiful. We had an issue with the fireplaces, but I called right away and they were on top of it and got the issue resolved in no time at all. The view was absolutely beautiful and we all had a lot of fun playing pool in the rec room.
