This century-old home has undergone a full renovation and has turned into a Door County gem! Finished with nautical-themed decor, new beds and bedding, fully updated plumbing and lighting, all new windows and a new flagstone patio for you to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Not to mention the beautiful view of the lake and prime location. Just 4 houses down from the brewery, coffee shop and various restaurants.

The house has been beautifully renovated in a way that preserves the authenticity of the original house while adding modern conveniences and style. With the 4th bedroom, the house is set up perfectly for a multi-family vacation, several couples or just a bigger family!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this house with the intention of renting it out and we knew it would require a lot of work to get the house ready for guests. The house was previously a garden shop, so it wasn't set up for living in at all. Our journey transforming this house into what it is today was not without its fair share of trials, stress and maybe a few tears, but in the end the house has become a source of pride and joy for us that we couldn't have even imagined when we first purchased the house. We hope you enjoy the house as much as we do!
