# Beautiful, 2 story 4 bedroom home in quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Master bedroom is downstairs, big bathroom with tub and shower, has 55 inch TV with Blue Ray and cable. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one of them with full bathroom, king bed walk in closet and 42" TV with Blue Ray and cable. Second bedroom with queen size bed, shares full bathroom with third bedroom which has a bunk bed.
Has family room downstairs, with 75 inch Smart TV, Xbox, Apple TV, and cable. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. Game room upstairs with 55 inch flat TV, Wii, and a futon.
Back patio with table for 8, gas grill, seating area and hot tub for 6 people.
Driveway fits 2 cars and more can be parked in sidewalk 20 ft from front door.
Small back yard with fully enclosed.
Front porch has a nice swing bench and small koi pond.

It was very relaxing and spacious for all the teenagers we took along with us. The children loved the house so much I got worried that we wouldn't be able to ever leave the house to adventure out into San Antonio.

Tv in master did not work along with the coffee pot. Had to purchase toilet paper trash bags body wash coffee pot. Property was roomy. Beds were comfortable and patio was nice. Cleanliness was ok but could have been better

Tv in master did not work be Ouse you disconnected the wifi extender. There was toilet paper a d trash bags in the broom closet. You never contacted me about these issues so they could be resolved. I could have replaced the coffee pot upon your arrival. You’re my only negative review of over 60 stays.

Perfect for large families!

We stayed with our group of 9 and felt like we had plenty of space. Home was clean and felt cozy. Nice neighborhood. A little out of the way, but we didn’t mind. The only things missing were washcloths for the shower and perhaps some additional trash bags. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Wedding Weekend

We rented for a wedding weekend at 1850 Settlement. It was only 7 minutes away and was super convenient. It was perfect for our family and had plenty of space. The owner was super informative and helpful leading up the to stay. I recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time while staying here with another family when our children were participating in a soccer tournament! The house seemed like a home to us. Very welcoming, amazingly stocked throughout home. Plenty of space for two families to enjoy themselves. The owner was very responsive and incredibly helpful. We will be back! Extremely nice house! Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. Three of us stayed there for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There is plenty of room for many more people and the hot tub was a great extra to use after our days of tours and activities. Very clean and didn't have to run out to buy anything to use in the kitchen. Everything was there that you could possibly need. We really appreciated the detailed instructions sent by Domingo so what needed to be done at departure time was cut and dry. He, also, sent some recommendations of restaurants which we tried out and were very happy with. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in San Antonio. Most things we did were within a 30 min drive. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Only thing we had trouble with was TV’s were very hard to work and figure out especially for older non tech savvy adults/seniors and most remotes had no battery’s. Could use a larger coffee pot we were standing in line making pot after pot lol. But a very nice place with all the convince of home. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This house was exactly what I was looking for on my family vacation. The house was very roomy and clean. Exactly what we needed for our large family. Far enough away from the city to enjoy ourselves but not too far to not enjoy the attractions in the city. The kids didn't want to leave. We will definitely rent again when we come back.

Well taken care of property

We were in San Antonio for the Final 4 and this home worked out well for us. It is about 30 min from downtown, River Walk, and Alamo Dome. The freeways to these venues are easy to navigate. The neighborhood was very quiet and well taken care of
