We had an excellent stay and the price was great. A family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 small children and this space was perfect for us. Everything we needed was well stocked. The place was very clean and instruction was super clear. I definitely would reccomend this place to others. Thanks again!

The place was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We always appreciate when there are plenty of dishes and silverware so we are not constantly running a partial dishwasher or handwashing so we can eat.

Beautiful home! Excellent accommodations for extended or short stay in Sudbury! The place is spotless! Full kitchen. The host was super accommodating, awesome communication and really friendly! Host checked in to make sure we were set up and if we needed anything had contact numbers to reach them. See you again!

Our 4 night stay

Loved this place! Pristine, comfortable, nicely decorated and exactly what we've been looking for. We hope to make it our home base whenever we are in Sudbury to visit our daughter and her family.

If you are traveling to Sudbury, we recommend this home. The area is safe, the house is clean and the owners are very helpful and responsive.

Great Little place for short term stay

Very clean, cute cottage style stay. Outdoor deck in need of repair, Outdoor chairs, (seating area) firepit would be recommended.

Lovely Place

All brand new and very clean. Good location for a pet since there is a park right across the street. Had a hiccup with the key pad but we had never used one before. The owner answered right away and everything was cleared up. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Sudbury.

"Cozy Lake Side House Overlooking Minnow Lake" ... Comfortable, yes; NOT cozy and NOT overlooking Minnow Lake. Simply comfortable. Fortunately for what we were doing in Sudbury, comfortable worked. If we had been on vacation, it would have been a disappointment.

Pleasant small home

My family and I stayed for 6 nights in July/ August 2023. It is a well decorated home with all the necessary amenities in a good location in the city of Sudbury. The road itself is a little busy but bedrooms are on the backside so no issues sleeping etc. A few points of attention, the driveway could use some repair and there is a very strong somewhat musty maybe pet related odor in the house itself which is very noticeable when you first enter. Other than that a very pleasant stay.

house was clean and well stocked. This would be a good place for a short stay. Was expecting more of a cottage. it was quite warm during the day while we stayed. Thermostat controlled by host. had to ask several times for them to adjust. The day we left I think they shut the air off because it was 24 C in the house. i think guesfs should be able to adjust the temperature. Deck is also in need of work. need chairs to sit outside. fire pit would be great as well. also no privacy in backyard so couldnt sit outside. Luckily the attractions made up for it.
