Short on towels and dish cloth for the amount of guest the unit holds, cleaning was OK, but overall it was large enough for a bigger family and im glad we were able to all stay together for the weekend.

This place was a perfect location for a disc golf tournament. The rooms are basic that suited our needs. Beds were very comfortable. Needed a more thorough deep cleaning however, and definitely in need of upgraded pots and pans and shower curtain. Communication wasn’t the best. Had a minor issue that never got resolved. Please note: there are many stairs…to approach the front entry way and then once inside for the multiple levels.

Great for older family

Amazing, we really enjoyed the hot tub. The hosts were great, when we were running out of shampoo and toilet paper they arranged for some right away.

House central to everything we wanted to do, short drive to everything. Peaceful at nights. Would book again.

Nice house. It was big enough for lots of people. Just a few things missing in the kitchen that would have been helpful- kettle, veggie peeler, paring knife, big bowls for salad, a little more dishing washing liquid. Thanks.

We were 6 senior ladies who get together once a year for a few days of cards, chatter and fun. This property more than met our expectations.

Great Place

Glad place close to everything. Check in was easy. Owners checked in with us and were available when needed. Very clean and fully stocked. The deck and hot tub were great.

The house is clean, well equipped (including soap -- laundry, dish, and hand), and the location is quiet and very convenient. The host was very quick to respond to our needs and even provided unbreakable dishes to use on the patio when we asked if any were available. Upon arrival, we pointed out that the Keurig needed descaling and the problem was resolved within a few hours. There were two issues that we weren't comfortable with, so you may want to check with the host about whether these concerns are resolved, if they matter to you. 1) There were a lot of houseflies in the house, and it wasn't from us coming in and going out. The house is clean, but flies seem to be getting in from outside. They are more concentrated in the basement, but they are everywhere and eventually die and litter the floor.2) The front door lock isn't very secure and it's hard to tell if the door is properly locked from the inside.

Sudbury stay

Not the best area of the city, but we didn't encounter any trouble. My first impression was they ned better cleaning service. It had clean bedding and towels, but floors ,and patio needed better cleaning. The outdoor furniture was in need of updating. It was ok but I don't think I would book again.

CJAM Family Stay in Sudbury

This was a great place to stay as it is midway for members of the family. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms was a big factor for us. The VRBO is close to everything we wanted to see and do in Sudbury. The house is well equipped with dishware and cutlery, linens etc. The dishwasher, while being small worked well for the 7 of us ( and it was quiet) . The hot tub was an added touch and I could see that without the snow, the outdoor spaces ( from and back ) would allow for quality visiting time. The hosts were very reachable and replied quickly.

Amazing

We had a great experience. House was perfect for what we needed. Host was great. The BBQ tank was empty but they replaced it within 20 minutes of contating them. We are country people. So being in the city was different for us. But when you step out the back door. It was full of nature. Didn't fell like the city at all. Yet everything was so close by. I will definitely stay here again. Beautiful home.
