Our family of 5 loved it here. 5 minute easy walk to the beach, updated, great A/C, & plenty of beach gear. Our beach buggy had a broken handle when we arrived. A simple message to the host and a new one was dropped off within a couple hours. My only recommendation would be to add a couple blankets for the living room as there aren’t any. For those coming from previous trips at Siesta Key - the trolley here doesn’t really compare. The app for it is also not very accurate. We had to get an Uber multiple times.

location was great. For the money the condo was average. The patio was never in the sun. Huge semi sized dumpsters were outside the front door which resulted in quite the smell at times. The condo did not have the basics of kitchen condements..

Mark, I am sorry you were disappointed. Everything in the condo is new which you can tell from the photos. The condo was completely renovated from the ceiling to the floor after the hurricane. Everything in the kitchen is new included all six appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked. I do not know what else we could possibly provide. Terry

Girls Getaway

First time at Anna Maria Island. Our rental was terrific as was the owner who was extremely available and kept in touch from every aspect. Weather perfect and pool was awesome!

Tranquil stay.

The unit was nice and clean. Although away from common areas, it provides for a quiet and tranquil stay. Cookware in the apartment is limited, but we were able to prepare meals with what we had. I would stay here again.

Retreat

A great place for a retreat yet close enough to all the action. I did find the mattresses too soft, making sleep a bit uncomfortable but just being away was worth it.

We had some problems with the tv's. When we went to warm something up in the microwave, there was a container of rice in there. The water in the primary bathroom a terrible odor to it! The pool area was very nice. Could have been more lounge chairs. We would stay in that area, again.. Linda Reindl

Great for families

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean upon arrival. It was across the street from the beach access. The pool was great for the kids when they didn't want to go to the beach. The rental provides towels for the pool/beach. There are also items to take to the beach (umbrellas, chairs, floaties, boogie boards, etc.) inside the patio closet. The space is dated, but they do a great job with decor to keep it modern. We used the washer and dryer. It worked fine, and we recommend buying your detergent, as the two pods they provided could have been better. The closest grocery store is Publix, less than 10 minutes away.

The location, and property amenities were wonderful. Communication with the owner was fast and efficient, and despite the problems we had, he was very responsive. However, the shower in the main bathroom was not able to be used for half of our stay. Water poured from the fan and light above the shower, from the tenant's above our's dirty bath water. It is understandable that these issues happen so soon after a storm, but the tenant's above us did not care that they were continuing to dump water, and they were allowed too, so we just had to deal with it. If it were my property, they would have been not using the shower, or asked to leave. At the very least that bathroom blocked off so more water damage isn't done, and all tenants can have a somewhat enjoyable stay. Repair men came about halfway into our stay and we had the main bathroom back.Outside of this, the property was very clean, had everything we needed for the beach, and we would return as I feel they do care about the properties, and their guests.
