The property was great. We had five nights in July - weather was perfect! Access to lake was great. Kayaks and paddle boards were accessible - they could’ve been cleaned before our arrival - that would made things a little easier, but we cleaned them ourselves and they were great. My husband caught lots of fish off the dock - make sure you get your license. Lake police were checking. Communication with host was easy - they were super responsive. Everything was available in the house. Town of Sandpoint was adorable. Great views and lots of outdoor space. We’d love to go back.

Family Fun

Home was as expected. Well kept, great location. Amenities...kayaks, paddle boards and fire pit. Dock was super. Weather was perfect.

Pros: Wonderful location, easy access to lake, hot tub. Lovely deck, newer dock. Quiet neighbors, great view, easy access to sandpoint.Moderately updated home. Wasn't the cleanest - lots of cobwebs in corners of rooms, dusty baseboards, hair in the bathroom floor. Lots of fruit flies when we arrived too. Only one bedroom has AC (inverter), no central AC as indicated. I counted at least 4 outside security cameras, more than just the one ring camera as indicated in the description.
