The Alaina is like the photos. It was clean and supplied what we needed. We appreciated the washer and dryer. The couch could use a good cleaning. We loved Buvette down the street for breakfast and lunch. We walked everywhere.
The apartment was just as advertised, very modern and clean. The check in process was not entirely clear, but everything worked very smoothly once I was there.
Very nice place. Very clean and bright. Very comfortable bed. Convenient for sightseeing. Great to have a dedicated parking space. We would stay here again.
Lovely condo great location for me as it was close to friends. Great little Breakfast cafe up from condo on Scott. I’d stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Property was great. Property manager confused check in instructions with another property which resulted in driving back and forth to multiple locations.
Totally loved the place! Very new and clean. In a quiet neighborhood close (walking close) to everything you might want and need (restaurants, groceries, entertainment). Good communication with host. We'll definitely be back!
Lovely accommodation, would have liked a toaster, but managed without. Couple of light bulbs needed changing, bathroom was alittle dark with only one bulb.
Accommodations clean, location as expected. toiletries lacking at time of check-in. Unit has a small balcony, however could not access for morning coffee etc as there is no seating. Be aware that parking is tight
Well the intercom was brokeSome nice lady helped us Communication was slow kindaNo toaster or bowls in aptGreat other then that

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Not a good host experience. When I arrived, the place was not clean. Dirt on the seat and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There was no toilet paper, no paper towel, and no hand soap. This is not designed for a comfortable stay. It’s also not ideal for cooking, there was no oil. I had to ask for all of these basic amenities to be provided. The host was responsive at first via text (after I contacted VRBO support) and then stopped responding. They also did not provide check-in details on time for me to access the property upon arrival. The only redeeming thing about this property is the location being convenient and close to Osborne village. I would find another place if possible.
Overall, I would recommend and stay at this property again. My incoming flights were late, and Francis was able to respond at nearly midnight when I was accidentally locked out upon my arrival. Within 15 minutes all was well!
I really enjoyed this property! It was homey and comfortable. The location was very easy to get to. If I can suggest anything for longer term visitors they need to add a toaster and some baking sheets for cooking. I stayed 2 weeks and I was missing only those items. Having laundry and all the extras was really a plus when traveling for work on longer stays. I would defiantly stay here again!
A toaster would be a great item to add. I ran out of coffee and had brought my own but the machine that was there was a Keurig and I had to use the provide capsules. Their were 8 Capsules for my stay and ran out with a day to go. The Place was very clean and quite cheerful. The Tv did not have cable and You watch You Tube Or your Net flix account. I was unable to watch the playoffs in both hockey and basketball.
I absolutely loved this place as soon as I walked in. Clean, great communication with the host and well equipped. I actually booked a second stay…but cancelled shortly after. Unfortunately the noise from upstairs was very disturbing. You could hear everything. The building didn’t seem to be well soundproofed so I could hear very loud footsteps, a dog barking, a daytime birthday party. I was there for a short business trip so getting work done while I was there was disrupting. If you aren’t bothered by noise coming from the upstairs and the side stairs, then this place is a very nice stay. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, I just would like people to know ahead of booking what they may encounter.
