Now, if you have a hard time leaving the house, it's ok. We get it. The vibe is hard to part with. Luckily, you have close access to Winnipeg's amazing shops, restaurants, and activities. Being centrally located, it may have you in a twist when deciding on dinner or where to wet the whistle. Easy Solution: coin toss for it.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Ensure any windows opened during your stay are closed prior to leaving. - Remove bedding from used beds and place on top of bed.
- Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and run dishwasher with detergent. - Place all used towels in the bathtub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unregistered guests that haven't been disclosed allowed at the house past 1 am. A fee of $50 per unregistered guest, per night will be charged.
NO SMOKING on the property, it is apart of our insurance policy. $100 will be charged if there is evidence of any guests smoking on the property.
No Parties or Events. No more than 5 unregistered guests allowed on the property, without prior approval. Fee of $600 if evidence of party or event.
