Our Favorite Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Coconut Beach House B since 2017. It’s a nice hidden gem directly on the beach amongst all the big condos. This stay was another great one, and we already have our next trip booked! My only suggestion would be to clean up the sand area that’s right off the back patio. Maybe rake and clean it up. It’s so dirty and the sand area has gotten smaller over the years with the dune growing. It was nice years ago when the kids could play right there. But you almost can’t step out there without shoes in fear of stepping on something sharp. Just a suggestion. Still a beautiful spot.. counting down the days until our next visit!

Filthy mess

Upon walking in there were sand all up the floor, but it’s a beach house and little sand might be around. When I got into bed, I noticed there was sand all in my sheets and hairs that didn’t belong to myself!😖 Gross!!! we had a shower with her shoes on because the showers were so scuzzy, scummy and disgusting plus more of that long dark hair again. Besides everything being grimy to the touch, the furniture could be in better shape. The dining room table has watermarks and up places on it. Just sad because I use VBR thinking that I would get something clean and nice. This was anything besides relaxing.
