Wonderful property, Front desk was staffed at all times, and was friendly. Location was excellent as well as the condo. Condo was furnished with nice furniture, the bed in the master bedroom was too hard for my liking, but everything else was great, would stay again.

Booked stay for two nights. When arrived balcony overlooking gulf was unusable. Stucco was being repairedwith tarps and stucco bucket and stucco material all over balcony. Next morning I notified owner I was cancelling second night and requested refund. To this point I have been ignored by VRBO and property owner.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and close to everything. This was perfect for our family of three. My 9 year old was thrilled to have her own bedroom. The king size bed was a necessity for me and my husband, as he is a big guy. We saved a bunch of money by cooking in. The washer and dryer were also essentials for us. We loved being able to walk across the street to get to the beach. Ample, easy parking.

We were looking for a little one night reset and this place did just that with the views and convenience of beach! However, we were first taken back because the complex was going under remodeling of some sort, so the parking lot and lobby was loud and disheveled. The lady at the front desk was very friendly checking us in, but we were hit with an additional fee of 38 that was for parking. This is usually built in with the fee of other places we have stayed at, so felt a little misled. The unit smelled very fresh when we walked in and was evidently cleaned well. It also had some touches that we really liked and a nice balcony with a view. The railing seemed a little shaky though. There is only one bed, the queen that is comfortable. The king and sofa bed did not provide a good sleep. We did have a good time, we just wish we would have been told about the remodeling and parking fee prior to booking.

The manager had another condo for us for the night until ours was available. The condos were amazing and the views were stunning..
