The location was awesome. Very close walk to a little neighborhood beach with great views of Lewis Bay. The neighborhood is very quiet and quaint, it was great for walking our dog. The host was very accommodating and had great communication.

It is a very nice Cape cottage in a great location. AC worked great when it was needed. Quiet street with well maintained properties. Del Mar was great to work with. I would rent through them again.

This way our first stay in Cape Cod and my family really enjoyed this cute house. This house was very clean and met the needs for four people. The la action was very close to multiple beaches and get food experiences.

We enjoyed our stay. We were visiting family and needed a centrally located place to stay. The house is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. You can walk down to the bay and a little beach. We were there during a stretch of cool and cloudy fall weather so we couldn't enjoy the back yard, but it is very nice with a table and grill to use. The downstairs king room is comfortable and the kitchen contains everything you need. Only minor complaint is that there is no dishwasher. I didn't check for that when I booked it- I just noticed in the checkout instructions that it said to wash the dishes or load the dishwasher, so I assumed there was a dishwasher. I guess that was a generic instruction for all of the rentals. Del Mar is very available and checks in with texts so if you need anything you know how to contact them.

Great house, easy walk to small local beach which was perfect. Great layout for a family. spent a wonderful weekend here. The yard is not fully fenced in - just something to be aware of with kids or pets.

Cape cod retreat

Charming place and neighborhood very conveniently located to nice beach. Six adults and 2 infants found it spacious and comfortable. Good complement of amenities. Backyard private and equiped with seating and grill. Air conditioning worked well downstairs and upstairs

Lovely cape escape

Everything about our stay was wonderful and stress free. The property was Exactly what we were looking for to gather with our friends and explore Cape Cod. It had everything we needed - and more. The location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to see and the home was on a quiet street and peaceful. We enjoyed the beach/nautical decor, the rooms were a good size, and the kitchen was well stocked - it even had a lobster pot and claw crackers! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely cottage with in a restful neighborhood

The cottage was comfortable and clean. There was a maintenance issue that was taken care of by the property manager right away. Everyone that we interacted with was helpful and professional. The house was beautiful, in a great neighborhood (lovely and away from heavy traffic), and a fantastic base of operations for our Cape Cod vacation.

The neighborhood was so nice and so close to the beach. We did have a couple of issues with the house but the property manager responded quickly.One thing I suggest is that the description should not say fenced in yard. One side was open so we were unable to let our dog loose in the yard and we did not bring a long lead due to that.

It would have been nice to have hangers in the closet,( we bought some & left for the next guest). There were no dressers in the upstairs bedrooms, there was 1 very small one in the downstairs bedroom. Kitchen lacking some key essentials
