This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and finished basement is located on a quiet lane and is just 9/10's of a mile to the Chatham Angler's ball-field, and just a bit farther to beaches and downtown. Air conditioning, wireless internet access, first floor laundry, enclosed outdoor shower, SoloStove patio with Adirondack chairs, and Weber gas grill. This is an immaculate property. The setting is stunning. The accommodations were perfect. The location is excellent. We had the best time! There is a bonus room downstairs, plenty of outdoor seating, and communicative hosts!

This was our second time staying here and it was just a wonderful as the first. Open floor plan and large private lawn were great for our family to spread out. Close to beaches and downtown but also quiet and peaceful. We will be back!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect with the house tucked away on a quiet street but also so close to downtown and beaches. The house was spotless and the perfect size for a group. We truly felt at home on the cape. Would recommend this home to anyone and will hopefully be back !

The location is close to Main Street, and you can walk to coffee or shopping if you like to walk a mile or so each way(we did daily). The house is beautifully decorated and furniture is new and stylish. The neighborhood is beautiful and so is the ourdoor and patio area. It slept 7 ladies easily. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our needs - a group of 6 adults - and we had a lovely stay in Chatham! It was in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with a large yard. We were close enough to walk/bike to Chatham center for shopping/morning coffee/Anglers game, beach yoga, dinner, etc. and just a short drive to the beach (Hardings was a gem!). The house had all the amenities you could want - spacious rooms (with reliable wi-fi and several desk areas for those who had to work remotely on occasion), comfy beds, excellent water pressure, air conditioning, and nice/private outdoor spaces (deck and fire pit) for gathering/relaxing. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook at home several nights. Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to return next year!

Family Heaven!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! There was plenty of room for everyone and the basement with the ping pong table was a hit every single night. Amazing stay in Chatham!

This property has it all. The proximity to town, the beaches and surrounding areas cannot be beat. The street is incredibly quaint and quiet. The home itself was perfect for our two families with small children. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. We were sad to leave and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Wonderful family vacation home

Lisa and Brian have the perfect family getaway. Their house has all the amenities you need along with extra perks like board games, table tennis, bonus basement for extra room and young kids to play in. Location is close to town but also very private which we liked. Would definitely recommend this place to all our friends.

Family Vacation

We loved the house and our stay! The rooms are spacious which was perfect to set up a pack and play for our son and the basement was great for my two young kids to watch tv/play games and give the adults some space and quiet. The backyard was beautiful to relax in the evening and being walking distance to main street was also a major plus. Definitely would recommend and stay at again! We loved the house and location!

A Perfect Start to Summer

We had the most perfect start to summer while staying at this adorable home in Chatham. We loved the open layout of the home as well as the perfect outdoor dining area. The home was in tip top shape and the entire booking process was very smooth.
