This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and finished basement is located on a quiet lane and is just 9/10's of a mile to the Chatham Angler's ball-field, and just a bit farther to beaches and downtown. Air conditioning, wireless internet access, first floor laundry, enclosed outdoor shower, SoloStove patio with Adirondack chairs, and Weber gas grill. Master king bedroom has private bath and balcony.
