About this property

Family home built for entertaining with a large open plan living room/dining room/kitchen that flows onto the deck and lush green lawn and garden (king size hammock and BBQ included).

The living area and two of the bedrooms open to the outdoor space for you to enjoy our garden and green spaces.

Bedrooms are light and roomy and on the cool side of house for sleeping in summer. All bedrooms have wall heaters and there is a large fireplace and heat transfer system for winter. Heat pump heats and cools the main area of the house very quickly. The house is new with double glazing.

There is unlimited hot gas water and gas cooking. Two off street parks with east parking on the road also.

The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. It is a 1 min drive to the 4square or township, 6 mins drive to a supermarket in Alexandra. There is a local playground around the corner.

There is a large lawn for ball games with bikes and kayak stored in the back shed. Kids toys. Vegetable and fruit trees and berries and green house produce available year round (take while always leaving some for others).

Clyde is a quaint township with great cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. The river and beach provide some of the best swimming in Central Otago. There are 3 playgrounds. The house is a 3 minute bike ride from the start of the Otago rail trail and a 5 min drive from the start of the new Dunstan bike trial. You can walk to town in 15 minutes, most of the walk is through a shaded greenway.
