We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the light bulbs, bathroom fixtures, and shower handle. We appreciate you bringing these maintenance items to our attention and will make sure they are reviewed and addressed. Regarding the situation in the lower parking garage, we understand that this was concerning; however, the parking garage and common areas are managed by the resort/HOA and are outside of our control as the condo owner. We only manage the interior of the condo itself and will always do our best to provide a comfortable and well-maintained space for our guests. Thank you again for your feedback.
