Summary:
Oceanfront penthouse (top floor) in Myrtle Beach Resort. Sleeps 7+infant (pack-n-play), 6 pools (oceanfront, indoor, 4 outdoor, some closed for winter), splash park, 6 hot tubs, pickleball, basketball, tennis, cornhole, volley ball, general store/snack shop, steamrooms, saunas, fitness centers, playground, onsite laundry, beach bar, gated entrance, free cable, private high-speed Internet, keyless entry, 8 min to airport and golf, 15 min to Broadway, tons of attractions!
The Space:
We updated this cozy 520 sq ft condo when we bought it a couple years ago! When you enter you'll see the bunk beds on your left and the primary bedroom entrance on your right. The bunkbed area can be made private with closing doors. The primary bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hallway. The bathroom includes a shower/tub. The hallway leads to the open living room which has direct access to the full kitchen and dining area. The living room directly accesses the ocean front balcony. The couch in the living room converts to a commercial sofa bed. There are closets off the hallway, as well as a closet in the private bedroom.
Guest Access:
There is one closet locked--it is the HVAC closet. You will be sent a 4 digit code for the digital lock. The main gate will require a 5 digit code to pass through, which we will provide you. Please note that one of the hallway closets are for the cleaner's supplies.
The Neighborhood:
We are beachfront, 8 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from golf, surrounded by attractions, and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach!

Other Things to Note:
The resort charges $10/day (as of 2026) for parking and this is paid at the security gate where they'll issue a parking pass for your stay. This fee is managed by the resort and is subject to change. They will need to see a photo ID and proof of reservation to purchase the parking pass. The resort requires the primary person on the reservation to be a minimum of 23 years of age.
We are allowed 1.5 parking spaces, which means 1 spot guaranteed and 1 as available. The main gate will require a 5 digit code to pass through, which we will provide you.
Please note that some of the amenities must be closed for colder season weather such as the lazy river.
We use AirBnB’s “strict” cancellation policy and recommend purchasing separate traveler’s insurance to prevent cancellation costs. Please refer to AirBnB's website for details on cancellation policies and extenuating circumstances. Predictable natural disasters such as hurricanes are not covered under extenuating circumstances.
