Town Haus is a lovely two storey 3 bedroom townhouse in the heart of Margaret River town
Town Haus is a modern and functional 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse right in the heart of Margaret River town, just one street back from the main street. Perfect for couples or a small family, the house is set up for 6 guests.
The Space:
As you enter the front door there is an open plan living / kitchen / dining area. The sitting area has a comfortable couch with wall mounted TV and reverse cycle air-con for comfort year round. There is a dining table for 6 guests which open out onto the back courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture. The kitchen has been freshly renovated and has an oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped for a stay at home meal or wander into town for breakfast, lunch or dinner - it’s totally your choice at Town Haus.
Through the kitchen is the laundry with washer and dryer, the 3rd toilet is here too and there is access to the single carport from the kitchen area.
Upstairs you’ll find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the top of the stairs is the single bedroom, there is a separate toilet and main bathroom with vanity and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the master bedroom has a queen bed with TV and ensuite bathroom with vanity, shower over corner bath and toilet. Please note the jets in the bath are not operational, it is not a spa just a bath.
There is everything here at Town Haus, a great clean and modern home away from home right in the heart of town.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.
Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
