Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire ground-level apartment. Please note that this apartment is one of two units (split-level). Each apartment has a separate entry and garden/yard area (it is not shared). During your stay, there may be guests that are occupying the apartment on the upper level of the property, and we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum during your stay.

We recommend guests travelling to Broulee have access to a vehicle for their convenience.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
