We truly enjoyed our stay. Being right on the water was very peaceful and a hit with our grandson who loves the water. Very quiet neighborhood and centrally located to everything we wanted to do.
What a lovely cottage! Comfortably decorated, maintained and well appointed with everything you’d need. We enjoyed the sunny windows, deck and little beach space. The setting is great on the water in a tucked away quiet neighborhood. Bristol is a lovely historic town with delicious dining options. Location was nice for day trips to Plymouth, Newport and Cape Cod. We would certainly recommend!
Wonderful property right on the water, it felt like our own private yacht! The kitchen was very well stocked, everything was perfectly tidy, and there was no shortage of the essentials required for a week’s stay. It’s a great location with grocery and restaurants nearby, but also perfectly suited to just stay in and enjoy the view from the deck. We loved it and would absolutely stay again! Thank you!!
Beautiful sunrises and sunsets house was wonderful just as advertised.

Waterfront cottage
We loved our stay is the waterfront Bristol Cottage! The home has the cozy feel of a quaint cottage, but is also very updated with modern appliances and climate control. There is a Stop and Shop grocery right down the street and a great farmers market nearby as well. We drove to Newport that was less than 30 minutes away, as well as Boston and Mystic Seaport that were within 1.5 hours drive of the cottage depending on traffic. The Providence airport is nearby. There were 4 adults that stayed and with the outside seating and amazing deck, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out without being on top of each other. There was more than enough room for parking our 2 cars that was secure and away from the main road. We used the outdoor grill and seating area and we enjoyed going down to the water’s edge to look for shells (and watch the chipmunks!). My daughter used the kayaks and had a nice, easy paddle around the bay. There were beautiful sunrises that we could see from the main bedroom windows as well as the sunroom/dining area and the deck. The bedrooms are very cute, but small, and storage for clothes and suitcases was limited, but this was mentioned in the listing so we planned ahead for this and did not have any problems. Overall, this was a great stay and would love to return for a future visit!
Very nice property; everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The deck on this house was a highlight. We enjoyed the peaceful, riverside views all day. And since it faces east, it's ideally positioned for catching a sunrise.
The property was close to downtown Bristol and groceries! Had all the amenities you expect in a rental home! The master bathroom shower was huge! Open kitchen floorplan was perfect! Beds were very comfortable!
A wonderful stay in Bristol. House was immaculate and well appointed. Host was not invasive. Beautiful views of the water. We have already decided to stay again next year when we visit family.
We really enjoyed the little cottage. You couldn't be any closer to the water unless you were on a boat. Nicely maintained, clean and fully stocked kitchen. A perfect spot for kayaking as well.
Amazing views while sitting at the breakfast table. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Slow down your car. We had 2 days of heavy rain and were glad to stay in such a nice house. The mattress of one bedroom appears worn out and should be replaced.
This property delivers on all counts. Immaculate- the floors were practically smiling at us when we arrived. Fully equipped kitchen and so efficient. Perfect location for day trips or wonderful if you decide to stay in and enjoy the view. We will definitely return.

Cozy
This cottage is described perfectly. It is adorable. You have everything you need. Very clean. Will definitely book it again. Thank you so much.
We loved our stay at this cottage. The 2 bedrooms are cozy and we were glad to have the extra 1/2 bath. Very comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to book again. We appreciated the use of the washer dryer. Those machines are often not great at rentals, but this was a fine set! I even put the puzzle together and we enjoyed the provided board games. The river is nice to sit and enjoy.
Quaint @ BR/2 BA cottage overlooking Kickemuit River. Attended Roger Williams Law School graduation. In Bristol for 3 nights/4days. Cottage is very convenient to downtown Bristol as well as Warren and Barrington ( we did dinner in all 3 towns ). Well appointed and super clean. The deck overlooking the Kickemuit River is the best space in the cottage. BR's are small. Would recommend for 2 people vs 4. Would stay again.
This quaint little Rhode Island cottage had quite a charm. Tucked in the back of a neighborhood, on the quiet waters of Bristol Narrows, this stay was perfect for a weeklong get away from our bustling lives. A quiet area with peaceful views. The bedrooms are a bit tight but fit for this small home. The “beach” area was a bit of a stretch for that title, and unfortunately it was inaccessible due to a vast amount of debris. This was one of the reasons we picked this cottage, so we were a bit disappointed by its complete lack of use. There were more than enough areas outside of the home to sit and relax. The grill area was nice and offered a nice place to sit while waiting for our steaks to sear.
