Exquisite Cowie Hill Townhouse
Exquisitely finished and beautifully finished Townhouse with master ensuite, 2 other bedrooms with a general bathroom and a laundry on the upper floor. Sitting/Dinning +open concept kitchen. Comfortable. Tv with cable, Netflix and unlimited internet. We have a coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove with oven, Fridge, dish washer, microwave range, electric kettle, hair dryer. There is a Ductless heat pump on the main floor(Living Room) and central heat pump(for heating and cooling) on the upper floor(in the bedrooms). The master bedroom comes with a soaker bath, a shower and 2 vanities with a Kingsize Bed. The general bathroom has a bathtub with a single vanity. The second bedroom has a Queensize bed while the third bedroom comes with 2 units of Twin beds. 2 of bedrooms comes with a closet while the master bedroom has a walk-in closet. There a laundry room on the upper floor with a washer & dryer. We have a general closet on the upper floor also for storage of linens, duvets and toilet papers.

Cowie Hill house
The house was very nice however the maintenance was lacking and when we communicated with the owner she got defensive and disagreed with everything we said instead of taking any constructive feedback. We left a day early.

Extremely disappointed
Our host was an excellent communicator and was responsive to our questions and concerns, but this is a property I will never stay at again, or recommend to anyone. Several necessities were missing upon our arrival. There was no Kleenex, not enough toilet paper, and missing hand soap from the bathrooms. Thankfully our host purchased these items and brought them to us on the second day of our stay.
There were crumbs on the surface of the couches. Two bathrooms did not have towel racks. The main floor bathroom did not have a mirror. The kitchen was missing basic supplies such as a paring knife, cutting board, or any bowls for mixing or serving. The bedrooms are missing basic furniture such as a side table. The doors in this townhouse squeak and if one gets up in the night, they are so loud, they wake other guests up. Also, there was a beautiful deck, which we could not enjoy because there were no chairs to sit on or a table to use. I could go on with other small concerns, but these were the major ones.
Perhaps most disappointing of all was the fact that it was not indicated in the booking that other people live in the basement of this townhouse. There was a constant smell of marijuana coming up from the basement, as well as lots of noise. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear everything as if they were in the room with us.
I have stayed at several Vrbo properties in the past and had great experiences. This is not the case for this property.

We never indicated in our listing that this home supply kleenex, pairing knife, cutting board etc. There is no side drawers by the bed and there are no furniture on the deck. These are NON ESSENTIALS contrary to the claims of the guest claimed. This will be the first guest to complain about our Townhouse since we launched out.
