sand to Avoca Beach where you will find eateries, boutique shopping
and markets. The master bedroom features King Bed, ensuite, built ins
and ceiling fans. Bedroom 2 features queen bed-built ins and ceiling
fan. Bedroom 3 features, large room with king split, built ins and
