A spacious beach house with beautiful views of Rennies Beach in Ulladulla is available for holiday rentals. It is only a 50-meter stroll to the beach. Located opposite the nature bush reserve and diagonally overlooking Rennies Beach from the front balcony and main bedrooms.
This open and airy beach house is updated with a modern, well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, large fridge, pantry, and two new bathrooms. 4 bedrooms in total can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. (see photos)
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, balcony and living area.
The downstairs unit can be co-joined or separate depending on your needs, with a double bed, lounge, TV, kitchenette, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, and pantry. (see photos)
Out back there is a sizable covered barbeque and gathering area at the back of the property, together with established gardens around the house.
Our beach house represents great value and is a spacious two-story family-oriented home overlooking beautiful Ulladulla Rennies, Bommie and Pocket Beaches. . The beach house is reasonably priced and sleeps up to 8 comfortably. It is fully equipped for use by the owners, including a smart TV, a DVD player, and radios.
Linen is supplied for your convenience, so just walk in, and your holiday starts immediately.
Ulladulla Harbour, shops, and cafes are only a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the town center, where you'll find a wide range of shops and cafe’s. There is also Coles, Woollies, and Aldi in town
There are many local attractions, activities, a movie theater, Fun Land, and Ten-pin bowling.
There are many restaurants and food options, including SMH 3 Hat restaurants, many different takeout restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes. Ulladulla RSL is close by and offers food and drinks at reasonable prices, and all visitors are welcome.
Historic Milton is only a 10-minute drive away, with SMH 3 Hat restaurants.
Mollymook and Narrawallee beaches are a 2-kilometer drive down the road. There is Mollymook 9-hole golf course by the beach, and for the more serious golfer, an 18-hole championship course is within a 5-minute drive. (Visitors are welcome at both golf courses.)
For more athletic walkers, Pigeon House Mountain is certainly worth a day visit. Bateman's Bay is about a 45-minute drive. There are several wineries in the area which are popular with visitors, along with fishing, surfing, diving, snorkeling, and charter boat fishing.
Pets are allowed outside under the pergola, or there is pet accommodation in Ulladulla for a nominal cost.
Please Note: School holidays and Long weekends in NSW & ACT A minimum 4-night stay is required (for cleaning cost purposes). Christmas holidays: minimum 4-day bookings This is a family-oriented beach house, so no parties and minimal noise as the neighbors like it this way.
Lastly, please note that the beach house is older-style house and while every effort is made to maintain it, being close to the beach, the salt air does play havoc on electrical and metal surfaces.
