Tuckeroo Beach house

Great place for a family getaway in a fabulous spot a short walk to the beach. Provision of swimming towels was an added bonus. Only criticism was the dust on the blinds and windows and broken tap in the bathroom but it was still usable.

Wonderful house in fantastic location

Very happy with our stay in Tuckeroo Beachouse. Great layout with everything we needed. Especially wonderful was the outlook towards the beach and the fantastic beach access. Enjoyed the sound of the waves no matter where you were in the house or what time of day. Wonderful experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

We did not stay at the rental. We had booked 9 nights. It wasn't located where we were led to believe. We left five minutes after arriving and found another rental in Byron Bay town (our intended destination), hoping that we would be refunded for the Tuckeroo house because of the misrepresentation of the location, however, that never happened. We were even charged the full cleaning fee to add insult to injury. We wish we had never booked it from Fuller. Extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately, Kathleen made a error and did not check the location even though it was clearly stated when she booked the property in Suffolk Park and then tried to blame us for it. The website clearly states the location and no reference is made to Byron at all. The heading and name of the property clearly state its beachfront Suffolk Park. The text also clearly states its location. Her guests were very upset at her for booking it and I think she tried to save face by blaming us. We provided full copies of everything to her again and Stayz did too, showing that nothing was misrepresented by our advertising and the location was not misrepresented. Very disappointing experience with this guest.
