Overall, I'm impressed with everything, and I only had one little issue. It was the wifi. Specifically, when it connects to phones. It connects to other devices like laptops perfectly fine, but on phones the Wi-Fi keeps cutting out, and to reconnect, I had to go back to settings and click the Wi-Fi name again and again. It works for about 2-3 minutes, then disconnects randomly, and I have to reconnect manually.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The location was super handy – close to Sylvia Park, Woolworths, and some great little cafés. It was the perfect base for us in Auckland, and we’d definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole house was clean. There were no stairs which was a plus. Plenty of parking. Location was great, close to Manukau City and Botany Downs. Definitely recommend

Convenient jumping off point for Auckland

We loved the location close to the airport. The neighborhood is walkable and the nearby park was a hit with the children. The accommodation was a great home base for our short stay in Auckland.

Our stay was awesome because we were close to everything in Manukau. I would suggest a table and chairs outside and tea towels in kitchen to dry dishes. Otherwise it was a great place to stay
