Fun vacation house!

We truly felt sad to check out of this house! The backyard is incredible, and we will always remember a fun night of bbq and sitting by the fire pit. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the good communication prior to arrival and while we were at the house. I am certain we will be returning visitors! Thank you so much!

Amazing spot! Spacious place in a great location

This is a really nice house, just a 5 minute ride to Wilton Drive. Place was newly renovated and clean; and the backyard is huge and as nice as it looks in the pictures. Slept 6 of of us comfortably. Beds and couch were really comfortable too- especially the master bed. There were big closets with robes in every room, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy with clear instructions. I recommend paying the $49 dollars for early check-in or late check-out if you need it. I requested a Friday 1pm check-in and they approved a check in as early as noon! Only 2 negatives: first is that the house is located right off of Powerline road; it is an extremely busy street, and there isn't any street parking near by. Traffic moves very quickly and can be heard from the living room and 2 smaller bedrooms. It wasn't a big deal for our group that was coming and going all weekend. Second, the neighbor to the right had small dogs that were left outside all afternoon and evening on Friday and barked anytime (the entire time) we opened the back door and went outside. Overall though, I was extremely pleased with our stay- Short Stay Florida was easy to reach via text and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!
