INSIDE SPACE
Your hosts want everyone to enjoy a memorable stay, which is why every part of the home is presented to the highest standards to deliver comfort and style in every room. It’s a single-story home too, offering approximately 2,000 square feet of space all to yourselves, as well as easy access from street level.

Living room
The home’s kick back and relax space with attractive comfortable seating with 60’ Smart TV and books and games for the family. If you’re planning a movie night or a boxset binge during your stay, here’s the place it can happen, we have the popcorn maker ready for you.
Dining area
If you’re planning a sit-down meal, perhaps to mark a special occasion, the large and stylish dining table with chairs provides an attractive space to make it a lavish dinner. It can also work as a handy worktable too once the plates have been cleared away. Or even serve as the location for board or card games in the evenings.
You can also choose to hang out at the Kitchen Island counter, for a quick meal or enjoy drinks while the food is being prepared. The open space allows you to turn some nice music videos or a game and watch or listen to the TV from the Kitchen and Dining areas.

Kitchen
The gorgeous kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Island stove cooktop and oven, double door refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully equipped with dishes, cooking pots and pans, utensils, glass ware, blender, coffee maker, waffle maker, rice cooker, electric tea pot, and popcorn maker. For every stay we provide basic paper products (paper towel and napkins) and wash/dryer detergent, dish and hand soap. Coffee station, with basic accessories and necessities.


Bedrooms
There are 3 Bedrooms which are decorated thinking of making your stay as pleasant as possible. Enjoy hotel style stay with extra comfortable mattresses and bedding and blackout curtains in every window.

Bathrooms:
Bathrooms are equipped with toiletries. Shampoo/Conditioner, Body soap, Hand soap, Toothbrush, Make up removal towels, Toilet paper, Hotel quality hand, body towels and floor mats.

Laundry
Fully size washer dryer in the house if you wish or need to wash your favorite clothes. We provide complimentary laundry detergent. Ironing board and iron. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella.

The outdoors:
You’re bound to want to be making the most of the great outdoors during your stay in Florida. Enjoy the outdoors with a cozy private patio, perfect to entertain with a beautiful swing by the tree, high top dining table (seats 6 people) and BBQ grill. Your hosts politely ask that there be no noise after 10PM out of respect for the neighbors.
