Home was clean inside. There was 8 of us, all coffee drinkers but only a kuerig with no basket cup to use your own coffee. Lots of bird droppings on the windows especially from the master bedroom. We still had a great time and would stay again.

Thank you so much for your feedback of the home in beautiful South Lake Tahoe! We are thrilled that you had a great time! We appreciate you mentioning the coffee setup. While coffee is not an advertised amenity of the home, we understand that having eight coffee drinkers in your group made this an important consideration. We will certainly keep your feedback in mind as we look for ways to improve the guest experience. We are also sorry to hear about the bird droppings on the exterior windows, particularly those near the master bedroom. We will share this with our team so the windows can be inspected and addressed. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re so glad you were still able to enjoy your time in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, and we would love to welcome you back!

Everything was very clean and as shown on the site. The layout of the rooms were perfect for our party. Loved being able to use and the ease of use of the fireplaces. The kids had a blast in the backyard covered with snow. Great times!

Peaceful Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our month at this vacation rental. It is in a great location - close to Stateline, Myers, Camp Richardson, and Pope Beach. I enjoyed having coffee in the backyard and looking at the water view. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms had nice mattresses and linens and beach towels were also provided. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy when hosting a large group. Access to the Tahoe Keys amenities is purchased separately and has a private beach, pool, indoor pool, pickleball and tennis courts. I would recommend this house and felt it was accurately described in the listing, but if you are planning to bring a boat, check if the slip is available. They allow the boat slip to be rented once per season, so it could easily be unavailable for your stay. We would absolutely love to return to this house. It was a wonderful sanctuary that allowed us to throughly enjoy our stay.

Loved this house on the water

We loved this house, it had tons of space for the entire family and it was right on the lagoon (you can't swim in it because of the algae but you can paddle board right out of the backyard. This part of the lagoon isn't connected with the lake so you can just paddleboard around the keys. We saw lots of bears, and I mean lots of bears in the back yard and in the front. You have to be very careful about keeping all the doors closed all the time and not leaving any food outside. The hot tub heater was on the fritz, and the company send someone to try to fix it, but it never ended up getting fixed. But that was fine. My only suggestion to the owners is to install a vent hood above the gas range--it was weirdly unvented--so we kept the windows open when we were cooking. This is a great house for kids, there is even a basketball hoop in the driveway. And there is a huge family room for watching movies at night. It's located moments from the grocery stores and restaurants of South Lake and obviously close to tons of hiking. We opted not to get a pass for the Keys Beach and Pool, at first we thought that would be a big draw but it's so close to Pope Beach which is way nicer, and the outdoor pool looks great for little kids but not much fun for bigger kids. Although you can buy a pass for pool access. The management company was very responsive. And it's a fantastic house.

Hallie, thank you for your great review! We appreciate all your awesome and helpful feedback that is so great for future guests to know when looking for a 30+ day stay in Tahoe. We’re so sorry the hot tub heater was giving you issues and that our pro was not able to fix it before your check out date. For future guests to note, the hot tub is up and running now for future stays. We have also shared your review with the owners for their consideration on adding a vent hood. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed our home's prime location and fantastic amenities that will keep the whole family happy and entertained. Thank you for staying with us Hallie and we hope you enjoyed your time in beautiful South Lake Tahoe!

We had the best time at this rental in Tahoe!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was amazing! Nicely updated and very comfortable for my group of 7 adults and 3 cars. The beds/linens are really comfortable, it was super clean upon check in, and the views of the waterway and mountains are spectacular - we even got to see lots of wildlife! The house is super spacious - there are multiple living areas, so we could all easily gather together or get some space to check in on work/read. The home is well stocked and had everything we needed for a fun and memorable time in Tahoe together. The location is great, with easy access (only a 5 - 10 minute drive) to all restaurants, grocery stores, and the lake. RnR kept in touch and was extremely helpful if needed, but all communications were very clear - so it was an easy check in/check out process for us! Would highly recommend this home to any families or friends traveling to Tahoe.
