We had a great stay at this property. Everything was just as advertised, easy access to the main road and surrounding areas. The gas fireplace was an unexpected, but nice touch. Everything was super clean and looked brand new. We would definitely return!

Great rental

Convenient location. The fenced in yard is wonderful if you have dogs or small kids and the gas fireplace was so cozy. The set up of the house was also very nice. The only drawback is the steep steps going upstairs . Next year we plan to return with our extended family.

All great - but why do we have to bring our own linen?

Loved the place and loved the owners. Getting a brand new place in wellfleet is quite the find. But why make travelers worry about their linens? I didn’t deduct a star in case this is a local standard.

We are glad you enjoyed this brand new property! Regarding the linens, you are correct, in Wellfleet (and many Cape Cod towns), linens are not provided at all properties. In many cases, folks bring their own, or rent them. In fact, many people prefer to bring their own. We try to make it as easy as possible and work with a local linen company to make sure you can get what you need.

We love this property and it is now our go to when we visit the Cape.. I’ve been vacationing on the cape for over 50 years.. the home is in a wonderful central location, near everything one would want to do.. great restaurants, beautiful beaches, hiking, shopping in Wellfleet and in others places nearby. The home: this is a beautiful home.. lovely. Modern.. clean.. great layout.. it is located in a very quiet, private neighborhood.. nestled in the woods, but the property is an open space so it has lots of natural light. All the amenities one would need are in this home.. the furniture and beds comfortable, living space open with high, A frame architecture.. if I were to build a home, it would be like this home! We went in September, unusual for us to go in the early fall.. while the weather was fabulous, sunshine, blue sky’s.. the evenings can be cool.. so we enjoyed the fireplace immensely! Snuggled up in the couch.. warm beautiful fire place.. We love beaches and sunsets.. and hiking. The location of this property is near every beach and pond you would want to visit, with literally dozens of fabulous options. I tracked some photos of our outings.. the photos of the home on the listing show you exactly how fabulous the home is.. so no need for me to post any of those.We could not have asked for a better property! I’ll be staying at this home many times in the future! Thank you for offering your home to us. We appreciate it greatly!
